Us Weekly can confirm that Grant, 31, and Juliana, 28, no longer follow each other on Instagram. It is unclear when they decided to stop keeping tabs on each other online.

Since calling it quits, Grant and Juliana have both been active on social media. The season 29 Bachelor addressed the split in a Sunday, June 22, Instagram Live and revealed where the exes stand now. When asked if he and Juliana “still talk,” he replied, “No, we don’t really talk like that.”

“Why did I break up with Juliana? I didn’t break up with anybody,” Grant said while answering fan questions, noting that he’s “not heartbroken” and added, “life goes on.” (Grant later clarified during the live that it was a “mutual” split.)

Grant noted that the twosome “just wasn’t for each other,” adding that he still has his flight to Italy booked — but will be going solo. (ABC gifted the pair a trip to Italy during the March After the Final Rose episode, where they revealed their engagement.)

As he navigates his single life, Grant shared that he would not be open to being cast on Bachelor in Paradise and isn’t actively dating.

“I’m just taking some time to chill for a little bit,” Grant explained. “Focus on me … Honestly, I’m not looking for anything right now. I’m just chilling.”

When it comes to potentially reuniting with one of his exes, Grant said he doesn’t see that as a possibility.

“I don’t rekindle. I move forward … I would not get back with anybody from my past. Life is best when you move forward, not backward,” he said, adding that he does not regret being on The Bachelor. “I learned a lot about myself. It was like therapy for me, honestly.”

Grant shared earlier this month that he and Juliana separated less than three months after ABC aired their engagement. “We both gave this our best and poured a lot of love into each other, but after a lot of deep conversations, we’ve come to the understanding that we’re simply not the right fit long term,” he wrote via his Instagram Story.

Juliana, for her part, shared her own statement that same day. “It’s a gift to find someone who sees the world in a way that resonates with you, while also encouraging you to grow. I’ve been grateful to share that experience with Grant … After a lot of honest conversations and reflection, we’ve come to the decision that this chapter of our lives is meant to continue on separate paths.”

She added: “We’re still cheering each other on, just from different places now. I’m beyond thankful for all the love and support you all have given us. Please be kind 💜.”
