J.T. Miller Takes A Shot At The Vancouver Canucks After His Return to New York

The Vancouver Canucks season has been a wild ride, and after being traded to the New York Rangers, J.T. Miller appears to be much happier where he is now as he has called out his former team in his latest interview.

J.T. Miller Takes A Shot At The Vancouver Canucks After His Return to New York

The New York Rangers acquired J.T. Miller for the second time in his career this season, and after many ripped Vancouver for the poor return they got in the deal, it's safe to say that both Miller and the Rangers are happy with how things played out.

In 14 games since returning to New York, Miller has 7 goals and 15 points, with the Rangers right on the cusp of making the Wild Card in the Eastern Conference, all while the Canucks have struggled and find themselves looking up at the Calgary Flames in the West standings.

Now, Miller has taken a shot at his former team, stating that he's finally enjoying hockey again, no doubt a shot at the media and the fans in Vancouver that made this season a nightmare for Miller and teammate Elias Pettersson.

It's been nice to just be enjoying hockey again.

Since Miller's departure, things haven't turned around for Pettersson unfortunately, as he has continued to struggle scoring, and with Quinn Hughes out, things haven't improved much for anyone in the Canucks organization.

Given how things played out, it's no surprise that Miller is having a much better time of things in New York, and while he's eventually going to move on from the negative situation in Vancouver that forced the team into making a trade this year, he hasn't done so yet, and may continue calling the team out if they don't make the Stanley Cup Playoffs in 2025.
