The Valley‘s villain Jax Taylor told Brittany Cartwright have was having a heart attack in rehab, but she learned this was another lie.
During an episode of The Valley After Show, the cast discussed how Jax tried to manipulate Brittany from the facility.
Jax Jaxed the rehab staff:
Brittany began, “He manipulated the person at the front desk to lie. The therapist told us the next day that he did not go to the hospital.” Lala Kent‘s mouth was agape (insert BJs for PJs pun here!)
Dumbfounded, Brock Davies processed the information. “He faked a heart attack in rehab? He walked in and ‘Jaxed’ a heart attack?! No way!” Jason Caperna noted, “That’s what Brittany was told.”
Janet Caperna gave more insight. “Either Brittany or Jax’s sister called the front desk to confirm. The girl was like, ‘He’s on his way to urgent care. Then, it was discovered later that Jax never left the facility. He never left the facility. He was just trying to garner sympathy from Brittany because she wasn’t responding.”
Jason continued, “I did talk to Jax about that.” True to form, Jax denied it. “That never happened.” According to Janet, “Jax was having FOMO in rehab. Brittany wasn’t responding and he wanted to make her worry.”
Jax’s version:
Jax was explicitly asked, “Did you fake a heart attack?” He played dumb. “I don’t know how you could convince someone at a rehab … I’m good, but I’m not that good.”
Cruz’s dad continued, “They test you. How do you fake a heart attack? They have to put the devices on you. They’re like, ‘You should go to the hospital. It’s up to you, though.”
“I said, ‘I don’t really want to go. Is this normal?’ She’s like, ‘If you’re stressed right now, which I think you are.'”
Getting activated, Jax explained, “I am stressed. There’s filming going on and I’m stuck here. My heart and my stress were out of control pretty much the whole time there. She’s like, ‘Why don’t you go rest for a little while, then we’ll go to the hospital.'”
“So, I went to my room and closed my eyes. They woke me up to go and I said, ‘I’m fine.” Allegedly, Jax was asked to sign a document declaring he didn’t want to go to the hospital.
Lying Jax maintained, “No. I can’t manipulate a facility. That’s kind of crazy. I’ve been known to manipulate some people, but I don’t understand how I can manipulate nurses. That’s pretty serious.”
Never forget:
In 2023, Jax claimed Brittany had a stroke when he competed on House of Villains. Brittany made her oldest child husband apologize for spreading misinformation.
In her ‘mom voice,’ Brit told Jax, “I would like for you to tell everybody what went down.” How embarrassing for this man child dolt.
