Jax Taylor Reveals Glimpse Inside His New Bachelor Pad After Brittany Cartwright Divorce: 'In My Decor Era'

Jax Taylor is showing off his new home just weeks after announcing his divorce from wife and Bravo co-star Brittany Cartwright.

The "Vanderpump Rules" and "The Valley" star moved into his own Los Angeles townhouse in August, around the same time that Cartwright filed for divorce following a six-month separation.

During their separation, Cartwright, 35, and their 3-year-old son, Cruz Michael Cauchi, lived in a nearby Airbnb rental, while Taylor remained in their $1.9 million marital home.

However, when their split became official—and seemingly permanent—Taylor, 45, left the home and moved into his own place.

But while Taylor had a hand in decorating his new bachelor pad, he admitted that he did get some help from professionals, enlisting Canadian design company, Renwil, to assist in curating the modern space.

And it's clear that the father of one has relished the opportunity to make his mark on the dwelling, eschewing the bright white walls and neutral tones that filled the home he shared with Cartwright.

In one picture, Taylor poses in front of a wooden entryway credenza, above which sits a bold piece of art depicting a woman's face. The reality star then topped the credenza with a candle lantern, several coffee table books, and a few knickknacks, before finishing the space off with a large wooden clock that rests on the floor.

Meanwhile Taylor's bedroom is a calming blue, complete with a neatly made bed, which he showed off while installing a large black-and-gold framed mirror on the wall.

A separate Stories post of the kitchen showed a white orchid sitting on the kitchen island alongside a pumpkin-scented candle.

While he originally refused to leave his Studio City home amid his split from Cartwright, the two have both moved out, with Cartwright in a nearby rental with son Cruz.

In September, Taylor revealed on his podcast, "When Reality Hits," that he had finally moved out and into what he described as an "absolutely beautiful, brand-new, very secure, updated, remodeled, and super safe for Cruz."

The townhouse happens to be next door to his former "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Tom Schwartz, who Taylor revealed has been helping out with babysitting duty.

"He has a townhouse that is next to mine, but they are completely separate," he said on his podcast. "We have our own building, but we do not live together. And if I need help with something, if I need help with Cruz, he's right there."
