The former star of The Valley, Jax Taylor, brought a “dark cloud” to Jax’s Studio City, so the staffers found themselves “relieved” he’s no longer affiliated with Rocco’s.
Sources told The US Sun how happy they are to “no longer be associated” with his toxic, violent behavior.
The court of public opinion affected the innocent:
A Rocco’s employee explained the shame that came with being linked to Jax Taylor.
“It’s was becoming mortifying to say ‘Oh yeah, I work at Jax’s bar.’ Things were getting so dark. So, to not have to be tied to him anymore is a relief.”
“It’s been a whirlwind and so much more drama than it needed to be, so hopefully things calm down now.”
Employees noted that “Jax tried to be nice enough, but he always brought chaotic energy anytime he stopped by.” The insider added that Jax “tried to be nice to people and the staff.”
But, he was heard “putting his foot in his mouth.” Other times, “he would just ignore the workers.”
Jax’s MO for showing up at Jax’s was simple. “He just wanted to spend time [at the bar] to be recognized and mingle with fans. It made him feel important.”
Another staffer added that the Vanderpump Rules alum exiting the business will be a “good thing” moving forward.
“Jax’s antics and that dark cloud just brought the bar down. We were all excited about his involvement at the beginning and excited for what he’d bring to the table. But, he wasn’t able to keep it together, so good riddance.”
“I do think the place is better off without him.”
FYI, the staff at Jax’s were blindsided by the news. “It was a bit of a surprise. We found out about it with his social media announcement. It all happened quickly.”
