Jenn Tran shared an archived video she made via TikTok with boyfriend Sasha Farber, joking that she heard of his BDE (Big D–k energy) before they started dating.
“I wasn’t even thinking like, ‘Oh my God, I’m gonna be in a relationship with him.’ I was just thinking like, ‘Heard about this BDE, need to get out there,’” the former Bachelorette, 27, mouthed over audio of an old Kim Kardashian quote in the Tuesday, January 14, video. The Skims founder shared the NSFW confession about her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson during a 2022 episode of The Kardashians.
“Well since the drafts have to go somewhere they might as well go to the fyp before the app goes away,” Jenn captioned the post in regards to the possible TikTok ban, which is set to go into effect on Sunday, January 19.
Sasha, 40, appeared in the video and played into character for the silly video.
The Dancing With the Stars season 33 partners’ costar Ezra Sosa reacted to the clip in the comments section of the post, writing, “BDE … honestly FACTS.”
Meanwhile, fans were shocked at the bold video, which was later shared on Jenn’s Instagram page.
“Jenn, it is 10:00 A.M. on a Tuesday!” one person commented.
“Oh the November drafts are SPICY, I see. And it’s what we deserve,” a second eagle-eyed fan wrote, seemingly pinpointing when the drafted video was initially taken.
A third fan joked, “This is the HARD launch we’ve been waiting for.”
Jenn and Sasha didn’t publicly confirm their relationship before posting the TikTok video.
That said, a source told Us Weekly on December 18, 2024, that the pair were officially dating.
The Bachelor alum and professional dancer met while partnered for Dancing With the Stars season 33. One day before their journey began on September 4, 2024, Jenn announced she and ex-fiancé Devin Strader ended their engagement following their on-camera proposal on her season of The Bachelorette.
Jenn and Sasha kept their relationship strictly professional while competing for the coveted Mirrorball trophy. Once they were eliminated in October 2024, though, they sparked dating rumors after Jenn shared a flirty TikTok video with the Australia native.
“Private rehearsals starting ASAP,” Jenn captioned the video, which featured Sasha welcoming her into his home.
“I give this a 10/10 happy for you two,” DWTS judge Derek Hough commented under the post.
“I’ve been watching DWTS for years and I’ve NEVER seen Sasha so happy,” a fan wrote in the comments section.
During the Dancing With the Stars season 33 finale in November 2024, Jenn confirmed she was temporarily living with Sasha.
“Sometimes I crash on his couch,” the Miami native told Life & Style and other outlets at the time. “We had a lot of rehearsals, so we would go rehearse, and then I’m also out of an apartment very soon and he has, like, five bedrooms in the place. And he has dogs that need to be walked and fed and dishes to be cleaned and meals to be made.”
Two months later, Jenn and Sasha evacuated his home in Los Angeles amid the growing wildfires.
“Felt very apocalyptic. Driving back in the morning I was holding my breath,” she wrote via Instagram Stories on January 10. “Even packing our essentials made me realize that everything is temporary but memories and connections that you build with people. Those last a lifetime if you continue to make space for and nourish them.”
