Jim Bellino Reveals If Ryan Boyajian Will Sue Tamra Judge for Slander Plus, Discusses How Much His Lawsuit Against Tamra Cost

Jim Bellino dishes on whether or not Ryan Boyajian plans to sue Tamra Judge and opens up about his own 2018 lawsuit against the RHOC star.

On The Sarah Fraser Show, Jim Bellino was asked if Jennifer Pedranti‘s fiancé Ryan Boyajian really hired the same lawyer he used to sue Tamra Judge.

“That’s correct, Jeff Neary,” Jim Bellino said. “Jeff’s an amazing lawyer. He’s an expert on slander and defamation.”

Jim, who was previously married to RHOC’s Alexis Bellino, successfully sued Tamra Judge for slander in 2018. The lawsuit reportedly cost Tamra $500,000 to fight. The details of the settlement remain confidential.

On WWHL, Tamra alleged that Ryan was guilty of stealing money from Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani. He then slapped Tamra with a cease and desist over the false allegations.

The 57-year-old RHOC star quickly issued a public apology to Ryan on her Instagram story, admitting that she misspoke.

Host, Sarah Fraser, asked Jim if he believes Ryan truly plans to sue the Real Housewives of Orange County star.

The podcast host speculated that Ryan won’t sue Tamra as long as she stops talking about him publicly.

“Listen, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this,” Jim commented. “Nobody wants to sue anybody. I can promise you it’s very emotionally draining. It’s like a divorce. And what surprises me, knowing how much money and emotion Tamra went through, why she would put herself in this position saying statements [as if] fact, like he was raided by the FBI and that he stole money from a baseball player.”

“Those are actionable offenses,” he continued. “So the fact that Ryan is only requiring an apology, that says something about his character. I think that he realizes — and I’ve actually spoke with Ryan about this — that if you can get the apology, don’t go through with the lawsuit, just because it’s draining.”

When asked how Ryan is doing amid all the drama, Jim said, “He’s great. He’s just a very even guy. Very chill. I think he handles himself very well in these situations, but he’s not gonna take any s–t. So, it’s on right now.”

Ryan shared gave Jim’s comments his seal of approval on Instagram.

“JimmyB Speaking Only FACTS,” he wrote on The Sarah Fraser Show‘s Instagram page.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
