Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson are one of the most popular Bachelor couples. They got engaged in November 2023, though it didn’t air on TV until March 2024. Almost two years after their engagement, they still haven’t tied the knot. The couple opened up about whether they wanted a TV wedding. Will they invite millions of Bachelor Nation fans to their nuptials?
Kelsey Anderson just celebrated her 27th birthday with a big night out with her friends. Her fiance, Joey Graziadei, turns 30 on May 24. Last year he made a bucket list of 30 things to do before he turned 30. He updates fans each time he marks something off the list. Sometimes Kelsey is there to help him, but other times he completes the goals alone or with friends.
His fiance joined him for his latest bucket list item. The two attended a pottery class together. He shared photos of the art adventure on Instagram. Joey revealed that taking a pottery class together was something he and Kelsey talked about together while filming The Bachelor.
The former tennis instructor made a bowl that was supposed to look like a tennis ball. He said on the post that he didn’t think it came out great, but praised Kelsey’s beautiful bowl.
Many Bachelor Nation fans credit Joey Graziadei for reviving the franchise. He was a fan-favorite when he was a contestant on Charity Lawson’s Bachelorette season. He was the runner-up after she chose Dotun Olubeko. Despite his broken heart, Joey didn’t give up on love and was named the next Bachelor lead.
He proposed to Kelsey Anderson in the season finale. Fans of the couple have been waiting for wedding news, but Joey has been busy touring the country with the Dancing With The Stars live tour. He won Season 33 of the dance competition. But the DWTS tour recently wrapped up, which means Joey and Kelsey can spend more time together.
They recently joined other Bachelor Nation stars for Hulu’s Get Real event where the next Golden Bachelor was announced. They shared an update on their wedding plans with Swooon. The couple previously revealed that they want a long engagement and aren’t too deep into wedding planning just yet. They did recently get the ball rolling by hiring a wedding planner.
But according to Joey and Kelsey, that’s as far as they’ve gotten so far. The former Bachelor explained, “For right now, like I said, the thought process is, how do we want our day to look?”
The topic came up about a TV wedding. The fan-favorite couple revealed that they haven’t really talked about it yet. “If there’s a world where someone wants that to happen, we will take the meeting. We will talk about it,” Joey said.
While Joey Graziadei seemed open to the idea of a TV wedding, his fiance was a little hesitant. Kelsey confessed that having cameras at their wedding would “be a lot.” Her fiance admitted that it might add more stress to the wedding, but again stated that they would be open to the idea.
“We’re always open to talk, but we haven’t really gotten to that part,” he concluded. ABC’s last TV wedding didn’t end well. Golden Bachelor‘s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist divorced three months after their wedding aired on television.
