Kathy Wakile hinted at what “wasn’t aired” during the infamous reunion scene in which her sister Rosie Pierri screamed uncontrollably off stage. The star also revealed what she told producers at the explosive christening of season 3. She then defended Teresa Giudice – while Kathy’s husband, Rich Wakile, insulted Joe Gorga (who now lives on his street).

At the past reunion, Kathy argued with Teresa while Rosie waited in the background. At one point, Teresa mentioned Kathy’s father – Teresa’s uncle – which enraged Rosie. In recent years, Kathy has suggested that Melissa Gorga got in Teresa’s ear and orchestrated the Wakiles’ downfall on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

In an interview for Ace Fanning‘s Reality Court podcast with Ana Quincoces, Kathy hinted at what wasn’t shown during that infamous reunion scene.

“It got me really fired up … and I don’t [usually] lose my cool,” said Kathy. “But there was a lot of things that were said that weren’t aired – that wasn’t aired, and it really got … my blood boiling.”

“And then that brought attention to it, and Rosie was listening off stage, and then she [reacted],” Kathy went on. “And then I had to chill … [I] need[ed] to diffuse this quickly, because s**t [was] gonna go down.”

Later on, Ace asked when Kathy first realized she wouldn’t be filming a “fun playful show.”

“It was the christening,” she said, referring to the event in which Joe Gorga, his brother-in-law Joe Giudice and a host of other people started fighting. “Rich and I ripped our mics off, and I … went up to production and said, ‘I didn’t sign on for this s**t. This is — I told you not to poke the bear.”

“And I just left,” she continued. “It was bad.”

The host then joked that he’d pay “big money” to see another “Joe versus Joe fight.”

At this point, Kathy’s husband Richie suggested Joe Giudice would win: “It would be a massacre, by the way. It would be a massacre. The m**get would not last.”

“Stop it, Richie!” said Kathy, pushing him away from the camera.

Surprisingly, Kathy later defended her cousin Teresa – who she hasn’t spoken to in years.

“[Teresa] is undeniably and unapologetically who she is,” explained Kathy. “There’s a side of her that has been forgotten … There’s nothing devious [about her].”

Kathy suggested that Teresa will only fight back when someone goes after her husband, Luis Ruelas, or someone she cares about.

“[She has] that instinct,” said Kathy. “The instinct to protect.”
