Kelsey Anderson Receives a Special Sign from Her Mom During Bridal Photo Shoot

Bachelor Nation fans saw Kelsey Anderson find love and get engaged to Joey Graziadei on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”

During her time on the show, Kelsey opened up about her late mother, who passed away in 2018 after being diagnosed with breast cancer that metastasized to her bones.

Kelsey shared with Joey that she sees her mom through butterflies and the two connected over her whenever they saw butterflies during filming. 

Recently, Kelsey did a photo shoot with David’s Bridal, modeling some of their new wedding gowns, and posted about a special moment that occurred during the shoot. 

In a new video, she said, “I have to show you all this picture from the David’s Bridal shoot and tell me what you see in the picture.”

Kelsey then shared a behind-the-scenes photo that shows her modeling a gorgeous strapless gown with a huge ray of light shining above her.

Pointing to the ray of light, she said, “Okay, what do you see? Here’s another one. There’s a bunch of them like this, but what do you see right here? Because it looks like a butterfly to me.” 

Kelsey then started to get emotional as she shared how she felt like her mom was watching over her in that photo.

She stated, “This is while I was shooting David’s Bridal, and um, yeah. I don’t know, I think that it’s crazy. And I know that I posted a video like this before and everyone was like, ‘It’s a sun glare’... I don’t care what it’s called. I think that it’s my mom. I feel like she was watching over me and it literally looks like a butterfly.”

The Bachelor Nation star also revealed that her sister joined for the photo shoot and expressed how special that moment was for her.

Kelsey said, “My friend Megan, she also [said] it looks like an angel, which I also see. But in my initial instinct, I was like, ‘That’s a butterfly.’ Oh, my gosh, and it was really special. My sister came with me because I knew that this was gonna be kind of like a heavier thing for me to do. Like try on a bridal dress for the first time… but I don’t know, this made me so happy. And it’s so cute.” 

What an incredibly special moment, and we are continuing to send Kelsey and Joey love as they get closer and closer to becoming husband and wife.
