Kenya Moore And These Fellow Real Housewives Stars Were Fired For Inappropriate Behavior

  • Kenya Moore from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" was fired for sharing explicit photos of a cast member.
  • Monique Samuels from "The Real Housewives of Potomac" left the show after a scandalous fight with a co-star.
  • Jennie Nguyen from "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" was fired for past social media posts mocking the Black Lives Matter movement.

When Kenya Moore joined "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in the fifth season, fans saw her bring a new level of petty and glam. Moore went toe to toe with some of her biggest adversaries on the show, like Phaedra Parks and NeNe Leakes. The reality star’s lifestyle on the show was pretty much like any other wife when it came to brewing feuds and rivalry.

The TV star earned her peach on the show by dropping the most catchy one-liners, throwing shades, and stirring the pot in the most outrageous ways. However, Kenya Moore’s antics on the Bravo show became one too many after she reportedly displayed inappropriate images of a fellow housewife. This inevitably led to her indefinite dismissal after 12 years and 10 seasons. This article will explore Moore’s misconduct that led to her being fired and look back at other Real Housewives stars who were fired for their misconduct.

Former Miss USA winner Kenya Moore was indefinitely suspended from “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” after she allegedly shared explicit photos of new cast member Brittany Eady during a group event while the cameras were on. News surfaced at the time that Moore was retaliating against Eady over alleged gun threats. However, a source dismissed this claim. According to the source, Moore was never threatened with a weapon, nor was there ever a weapon on the show.

Despite the show rebutting all claims of any weapon threat during production, Kenya Moore’s narrative did not change. The TV personality and actress revealed on social media on June 26, 2024:

The rumors and narrative about me randomly showing nudes or revenge [porn] is 1000% untrue. I have proof and will share soon.”

A source also revealed that on June 25, 2024, the same day other RHOA cast members were informed of Kenya Moore's dismissal, she was concerned for her safety. The source explained that Moore felt the show didn’t take her fears seriously and it was unfair. While viewers may not see more of Moore’s twirl and charms on the show, she appeared to be doing fine after her suspension.

Kenya’s back on good terms with everyone over at Bravo, though her salary has been pretty low since returning to RHOA.

She took to social media on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, to share photos of her and her 5-year-old daughter Brooklyn as they enjoyed relaxing on the beach at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. In the caption for the post, Kenya Moore thanked her fans, stating that her life is blessed and that she and Brooklyn will continue to thrive in a “non-toxic” environment. The doting mom also noted that while a legacy may have been destroyed, "a queen will always stand firm." In the wake of her dismissal, stars like Brandi Glanville lashed out at Bravo.
