Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann forced to move out of foreclosed mansion by US Marshals

Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, were forced to move out of their foreclosed Georgia mansion by US Marshals.

The new owners of the Atlanta estate began the process of legally removing the former couple from the home last December, according to new court documents obtained by Page Six.

In a filing, the new owners stated that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and the ex-NFL player hold “the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them.”

They also claimed that Biermann, 39, and Zolciak, 47, had already been served the papers for the “proceeding against a tenant holding over.”

After the first few filings from the new owners went unanswered by the estranged couple, the US Marshals intervened and removed them from the home on April 8.

According to the filing, four deputy marshals “ejected” Zolciak and Biermann from the Atlanta mansion from 3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

The Sun was the first to report.

In November 2024, Page Six exclusively reported that Zolciak began the moving out process before it was set to hit the foreclosure auction.

At the time, TMZ spotted moving trucks outside the home. However, it’s unclear whether the mom of six returned to the mansion or if she and Biermann had fully moved out.

Page Six has reached out to a rep for Zolciak but did not immediately hear back.

In February, the Bravo alum and the former Atlanta Falcons star sold their mansion for $2.75 million — $3 million less than the original asking price — after it was on the market for a year and a half.

The 15,000-square-foot home — which was built in 2008 — features luxury amenities such as a heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, an elevator, an arcade room, a movie theater, a gym and more.

The exes, who purchased the mansion in 2012 for under $900,000, reduced the price of the home several times while trying to avoid going to auction amid their mounting financial woes.
