Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were “ejected” from their Atlanta mansion by United States Marshals in April after overstaying their welcome following a foreclosure last year.

After the property was sold at auction in December 2024 due to the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple’s non-payment of their mortgage, the new owners of the home took legal action against Kim, 47, and Kory, 39, who ignored their court documents and forced the government to intervene.

According to a report from The U.S. Sun on June 10, the new owners of Kim and Kroy’s home began the process of legally removing them from the mansion on December 12, 2024, stating in paperwork that they “[held] the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them” as they attempted to gain ownership of the home.

Then, in a second filing on December 21, the owners confirmed Kim and Kroy had been served the papers for the “proceeding against a tenant holding over.”

Because Kim and Kroy ignored the owners’ initial filings, as well as other filings made soon after, U.S. Marshals intervened and removed the ex-couple from the home on April 8, 2025. As the outlet reported, four deputy marshals arrived at the property at 3:30 p.m. that day. And, by 6:45 p.m., Kim and Kroy were officially marked as “ejected.”

News of Kim and Kroy’s ejection comes just one week after their daughter, Ariana Biermann, 23, revealed on Next Gen NYC that they had stolen the money she made as a kid.

“I have been on TV since I was five years old. I did reality television with my family, and then I started posting on Instagram. I got my first brand deal when I was 14. I was doing like three posts a week, and you get paid astronomical to do a Story or to do an Instagram post, and I made quite a bit of money. But, unfortunately, my parents took my money,” Ariana shared on the episode.

“I don’t even know how much money I made over the time period. Nobody was honest, there was no transparency, and I have no idea where it actually went,” she added.
