Kristen Doute and Scheana Shay have some thoughts about Lisa Vanderpump's recent comments about Scheana. The Vanderpump Rules boss appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, May 1, where she commented on Scheana, after learning that the VPR alum may be writing about her in her upcoming memoir.
"Oh good lord. Well, that's probably just to sell the book because she hasn't got anything else to say," Lisa told Andy Cohen. "I've heard she said something nasty recently like, 'I only call her when I need something.' True that! Right? I've got 600 people I work with."
Lisa continued, noting that the last time she reached out to Scheana was to invite her and her daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies, to her grandson, Theodore "Teddy" Sabo's birthday party. "So yes, that's when I called her, yeah," she admitted.
Kristen then took to the comments of the Instagram post shared on the official WWHL account to respond. "What an ego response," The Valley cast member wrote. "I'm proud of [Scheana] for speaking her truth. Not an easy thing to do."
"Ily [I love you]!!!" Scheana wrote in reply to Kristen.

During an April 22 appearance on the podcast, Bitch Bible, Kristen admitted that she's heard that Scheana's new memoir, My Good Side, will address her working relationship with Lisa. "When Scheana's book comes out, she told me that there's a lot of tea about Lisa in there that the world would like to know about," Kristen said.

Scheana's new memoir is all about her life and her time on VPR, providing an "intimate" look, according to the publisher. It will officially be released on July 22.
During an April 1 appearance on the Two T's in a Pod podcast, Scheana opened up about the importance of telling her side of things. "I'm sure there will be people who have opinions about some things that I say after, but this is my truth and this is my time to take the narrative back and to tell my story from my point of view without people editing it," she said. "I mean, yeah, of course, there's a copy editor, but this is my words 100 percent."
Scheana has also been busy prepping for the book's release by signing copies for fans, as she revealed on Instagram Stories this week, writing, "Last pages to sign for my book! If you haven't already, get your copy before they're all gone!"

Scheana continued on the podcast, opening up about her relationship with Lisa. "I don't talk to her too often," she admitted. "She usually calls when I need something.
