Kyle Richards Breaks Silence on Kim Richards' Health Crisis, Talks "Rough" and "Challenging" RHOBH season 14, Why She Doesn't Consider Herself "Single," Plus If Kim's Relapse Will Be Addressed on Show

While also revealing why she doesn’t think of herself as “single” amid her separation from Mauricio Umansky, 54, and explaining how she’s been supporting her sister, Kim Richards, 60, following her reported relapse, Kyle reflected on nearly quitting season 14.

“It was rough for me, definitely, for the first time in 14 years, I really said, ‘I can’t do this anymore,'” Kyle revealed during an interview with Access Hollywood. “But here I am. I’m still standing. It was difficult. It was challenging. And the dynamics have also shifted in the group a lot. So there was a lot of changes.”

Although Kyle admitted that single life was “treating [her] pretty well,” she also said that she doesn’t “consider [herself] single.”

“Because that implies that I’m actually looking to meet somebody, which I’m not,” she noted.

Moving on to Kim, Kyle said she’s supporting her sibling just as she “would any other time that [Kim has] gone through a difficult time.”

“My family very much sticks together in these times even though it’s obviously difficult and challenging. It’s a difficult situation, as you can imagine,” she explained.

Kyle also spoke of Kim during an interview with Page Six.

“We are a family, [so] when something’s going on with one of us, we all sort of stick together and circle around each other and try to be there and lift each other up,” she shared. “So that’s what I’ve been trying to do.”

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold weeks ago after she was allegedly found “incoherent” at a hotel. And, shortly thereafter, as the family reached their “breaking point,” Kyle reportedly filed documents to have her evicted from a home where she was allowing her to live.

According to Kyle, she and her sister, Kathy Hilton, 65, are taking a tough-love approach with their troubled sibling in hopes of forcing her back into sobriety, all while anticipating their family drama to once again be featured on RHOBH.

“Of course, you never want to show the most difficult parts of your life, but I don’t have that luxury,” Kyle explained. “It’s unfortunate for me, but for the audience, they get to see that.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 premieres this fall on Bravo.
