The Las Vegas Raiders got some mixed bag of news this week, as did their rookies, as they prepare for their Week 12 matchup against the Denver Broncos after a loss to the Miami Dolphins. This time, they're at home after playing on the road for their last two games.
And this time won't be easy either. The mixed news is that they are going to be down quite a bit of key players for this game. That's bad news because, well, you never want players to be hurt. And that increases the chances of losing, and no one likes to lose.
But there are some positives. For the rookies behind those key players, they are going to get a chance to show what they can do. They are going to get a chance to show that they are the future of this team. They are going to get a chance to show that the team did not make a mistake in drafting them.
And, well, a positive is also that this increases their chances of losing. This team needs to lose as much as possible so that they can get the best pick possible. And, this somewhat helps them achieve that while still being able to see what they have for the future.
