Former “Golden Bachelor” contestant Leslie Fhima took the polar plunge on her 66th birthday.
Fhima posted a video showing herself in a swimming suit wearing a coat next to a pool of frigid water. Her birthday is on December 28.
“This is 66!” she wrote, adding the hashtags, #polarplunge #birthday #thisis66 #minnesotafrozenlakes.
Theresa Nist chimed in on the comment thread, writing, “Happy Birthday, Leslie. Love you so much. You’re the bomb!! 💛🎂🎉” Nist also posted a tribute to Fhima in her comment thread, writing, “Happy birthday to this beautiful soul. So thankful to have you in my life, Leslie. May you have the happiest of birthdays!”

Other members of “Bachelor Nation” joined Nist in wishing Fhima well on her birthday.
“Sexy sixty six, girl! Flaunt it!” wrote former contestant Sandra Mason.
Fans joined in also. “Happy birthday beautiful fabulous God bless you!” wrote one. “Warmest Birthday Wishes! All the best Leslie for 2025. 🎂🎂” wrote another.

Fhima also shared a collage of birthday wishes to her Instagram story.
Leslie Fhima & Theresa Nist Have Formed a Strong Friendship
Fhima and Nist have posted before on Instagram, making it clear that they share a close friendship.
That’s despite the fact that Fhima broke into tears on television when “Golden Bachelor” Gerry Turner told her he was choosing Nist. Nist and Turner married but then filed for divorce not long after. Turner later revealed that he was diagnosed with cancer, telling People Magazine that the diagnosis affected his decision to divorce Nist.
“As Theresa and I were trying very hard to find our lifestyle and where we were going to live and how we were going to make our life work, I was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer,” he told People.
Since the breakup, Nist has posted a cooking video, photo with family, and she has made it clear that she is friends with Nist.
In October, Fhima posted a video showing her dancing with Nist.
With another photo, she wrote, “I am so happy and so fortunate to have been in the audience of Dancing with the Stars last week. Thank you, Leslie Fhima, for inviting me! I was so impressed by the skill and athleticism of all the dancers, but what was even more impressive was their camaraderie and the pure joy they all showed us. It was infectious, and I was in awe.”
Nist posted some of the same videos on her Instagram page.
Mason also weighed in on Nist’s comment thread on a video showing Nist with Fhima. “I absolutely ADORE this (and the two of YOU)! ❤️🧹❤️,” she wrote.
Fans also made it clear that they enjoy seeing Nist and Fhima together. “So adorable and beautiful ladies,” wrote one.
