Lisa Rinna Gears Up for a Return to Reality TV: “I’m Ready for the Next Chapter”

Lisa Rinna teased a return to reality TV after leaving the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after 8 seasons. In an interview with Us Weekly, Rinna said that she’s “open to anything” … and that includes a possible television show that could include members of her family.

Opportunity knocks:

Rinna revealed, “I’m open to all kinds of things. I think there’s all sorts of fun things that are being presented to us right now. It’s kind of a matter of, how you want to express yourself in those types of genres.”

While the former Days of Our Lives actress wasn’t specific about any potential or future plans, she did say there were “a lot of fun opportunities” on the horizon. “So, let’s see what happens.”

“You just never know what is around the corners is what my mom used to say. You just never know.”

Lisa’s RHOBH exit:

Rinna provided a statement regarding her departure from Bravo TV’s hit show.

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series.”

The former Melrose Place actress continued, “It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!” As to how this departure came to be, “she and Bravo mutually decided that she would not return to RHOBH.”

Harry Hamlin stays Team Rinna:

Lisa’s husband didn’t hold back when talking about Lisa Rinna‘s exit from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. “The right decision” was made according to the Mad Men actor in an exclusive interview with People. “It’s time to move along.”

“Eight years is a long time to do anything, the same thing over and over again.” Harry Hamlin (much like Rinna, I find myself always using his full name) really had his wife’s back with the following statement.

“I think she took it as far as she could take it, and she elevated the show.” Now that’s love.
