The model, 26, showed off a major face transformation while rocking a platinum blonde bob that showed off her defined jawline.
Delilah's look has certainly evolved since her appearance on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her mom.
Her cheeks, in particular, looked noticeably slimmer and more defined compared to their previous fuller appearance.
The fashionista — whose famous mom, 61, has been candid about her decision to enhance her features — went braless underneath a beige tank top, tucked into a matching maxi skirt with a front slit.

She opted for toned-down makeup and a matte red lip.
The beauty was also joined by mom Lisa and model sister Amelia, 23.
Lisa looked chic in a grey sweater, and a matching skirt and knee-high boots.
She completed the outfit with a pair of black-rimmed eyeglasses.
Meanwhile Amelia showed off her toned abs in a white and pink cropped t-shirt, rolled-up black pants, and sneakers.
Her eyes were shielded by a pair of black sunglasses, and she wore a black purse slung over her shoulder. Amelia's raven tresses were slicked back.
