Love Is Blind ’s Madison Slams Critics Saying She Played Mason and Alex

Madison Errichiello is standing by her choices.

The Love Is Blind season eight star defended the way she treated Alex Brown and Mason Horacek—both of whom she formed strong connections with inside the pods—after fans of the Netflix series accused her of being dishonest with the two men about her true intentions.

"I know who I am," Madison exclusively told E! News' Francesca Amiker. "I know why I did what I did, and I don't think there was any gameplay involved in any of my choices."

The 28-year-old—who wound up calling it off with Mason to date only Alex—went on to emphasize that she stayed true to her feelings, even if those feelings switched up at times.

"I followed my heart," she continued. "That can change hour to hour. You can feel one way about someone in one day and then change your mind the next."

And ultimately, while Madison may have flip-flopped between Mason and Alex—who broke up with her instead of getting down on one knee in episode six—she insisted that her journey on the reality series was always going to arrive at the same conclusion: her leaving the pods without a fiancé.

As she put it, "I don't really care if people criticize what I did or how I handled it, because the end result was always going to be the same."

Madison added, "I'm happy with the decisions that I made."

And the artist echoed that sentiment in a second message clapping back at viewers who thought she was wrong to call out Mason during their split for seemingly misleading contestant Meg Fink. After all, Mason said he wanted to “commit" to Madison, but then flip-flopped back to Meg after Madison broke it off.

In a video shared to her TikTok Feb. 21, Madison—wearing an electric blue crewneck and sweatpants—danced along to Kendrick Lamar's diss track, "Not Like Us." Atop the clip, she wrote, "If holding men accountable for weird behavior is bullying, then I'm fine with it."

New episodes of Love Is Blind season eight drop on Feb. 28.
