Love Is Blind season 7 star Nick Dorka has moved on from ex-fiancée Hannah Jiles — and has another Netflix blonde in mind for his next date.
“Yesterday, I was, like, scrolling through [my social media]. I don’t read through any of my DMs aside from any in my primary,” Micah Lussier, who previously appeared on season 4 of Love Is Blind, said during the Thursday, October 24, episode of “The Viall Files” podcast. “My social media assistant and my assistant, like, they put stuff in front of me in my primary that’s important.”
She added, “I was looking through for some reason and I see a blue check. I wonder, ‘Oh, why wasn’t this moved?’ And it was Nick. He slid in my DMs. He was like, ‘I’ve had the biggest crush on you for so long.’ And it was, like, a month ago. I was like, ‘I could have aired this man out.’”
Micah, 28, has not replied to Nick D.’s message yet, but she confessed that he “seems like a great guy.” (Per Micah’s timeline, his message was sent before Nick D. and Hannah’s breakup aired on Netflix, but their season was filmed in fall 2023.)
“I don’t know [how I’d respond to him]. I think I’ll just reply, like, ‘You shot your shot, good for you. Hope I’ll see you sometime,’” Micah stated.
Podcast host Nick Viall chimed in, “He likes the blondes!”
Micah concurred, noting that the realtor does seem to “like the bitchy blondes, apparently.”
Micah was engaged to Paul Pedan during season 4, which was set in Seattle. Paul, 30, ultimately broke up with Micah at the altar. She also got a show reputation for being a “mean girl” alongside costar Irina Solomonova. (Micah and Irina, 27, both apologized for their actions at the time, claiming their on-screen behavior was merely a coping mechanism during the experiment.)
Nick D., 29, got engaged to Hannah, 27, during the season 7 experiment, which was filmed in Washington, D.C. in October 2023, and started airing earlier this month. The pair’s relationship raised eyebrows as Hannah appeared to nag Nick D. about his apparent lack of maturity and responsibilities.
“I’m a bitch. It’s like — is she a bitch or is she that bitch, but I’m bitchy,” Hannah exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I know that and I’m direct and I can be rude a lot because I don’t realize my words. People can tell you things and you can be like, ‘Oh, OK, I should work on that.’ But when you actually see exactly what’s coming out of your mouth, you’re like, ‘That was harsh.’ There’s specific conversations with Nick where I could have eased up a bit or I could have chilled, like, a lot.”
Hannah ultimately broke up with Nick D. ahead of their planned wedding day.
“We were bringing out the worst versions in each other. It wasn’t a specific thing,” she told Us about deciding to end their engagement. “It was just like, ‘OK, we’re trying on wedding dresses [and] I can’t do this. We should not be getting married.’”
Hannah added, “I think it would be cruel to have his family and my family come to the wedding when we both know that this is probably not gonna work out. But the other thing is — we just didn’t like each other toward the end. I was not being nice and I don’t know why he would wanna continue that. It was just like, ‘We need to break this off before it gets nastier ’cause it’s already getting nasty.’”
Love Is Blind season 7 is currently streaming on Netflix. The official reunion premieres Wednesday, October 30, at 9 p.m. ET.
