“Definition of trying to delete your past to start fresh lol Mr. Donor but has pictures with the children,” one person wrote in the comments in a photo Tyler, 35, posted on Instagram on October 14.

Tyler replied, “That is not facts. Just be patient, I'll explain it all very soon.”

In a separate comment, the account manager implied that the conversation where he said that he didn’t think his children knew what he looked like was misconstrued due to editing.

One critic said, “People can say a lot of stuff but ultimately saying that you don't think the children know what you look like was a choice and l'm very interested in that explanation.”

However, Tyler said he didn’t “owe anyone in this world an explanation,” before adding, “The conversation was longer than what was shown and a lot of off camera conversations were had.”

Tyler quickly became the villain of Love Is Blind season 7 after he revealed that he had fathered three children. He broke the news to his fiancée, Ashley Adionser, just two weeks before their wedding. When Tyler told Ashley, 32, he claimed that he had decided to help out a couple he “knows” because they couldn’t have children of their own. He said that he only donated his sperm and implied that he wasn’t involved in the children’s lives in any way.

The mother of the children, Bri Thomas, quickly shut down his claims.

“I have no understanding why he would characterize his relationship with his children as he has,” Bri wrote via social media.

She also shared some footage of Tyler spending time with the three children, a son, 7, and twin 5-year-old daughters, during the holidays.

“‘Family… Holidays… what does that look like.’ Here a few videos three days after Christmas ‘22 (Filming occurred October 2023. Which makes this the Christmas before filming),” Bri wrote in the since-deleted post. “My children love their ‘Dad.’ To think that he has reduced them to ‘sperm babies,’ when I was told he was going on the show to be able to better provide for them, is the most absurd and hurtful thing ever. My kids don’t deserve this.”

After deleting her initial posts, Bri returned to Instagram and put Tyler on blast.

“All I will say is everything being said about me and my children better be cleared up BY TYLER or I WILL EXPOSE EVERYTHING!” Bri shared on October 15. “As I’ve stated previously, I am trying REALLY hard to not say anything because at the end of every single day I have to be strong for my children, but I will not allow my name to continuously be drug through the mud like this.”

She continued, “I did not ask for this and the kids and I DEFINITELY do not deserve any of it. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ME TAKE IT THERE, TYLER. There is absolutely nothing I am not willing to expose. And please save all your false promises of clearing everything up. If I do not see ACTIONS I will assume this is where you want this to go. I promise you, I will take it there. I am tired.”

The finale of Love Is Blind season 7 hits Netflix on October 23, and the reunion premieres the following week on October 30
