Mackenzie Douthit is thrilled to have all her babies under one roof.

On Thursday, July 31, the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star shared her excitement on Snapchat about welcoming home her three older kids. Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13, have enjoyed a summer visiting their dad Josh McKee and other family in Oklahoma.

The three returned home to Florida for the first time since Mackenzie and husband Khesanio Hall welcomed twin daughters Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah. The twins were born on June 2, just days after the kids left for the summer.

"So my three kids, I have not seen since I was pregnant. It's been over eight weeks, eight and a half weeks. They go home every summer, and they have not met the twins, so they are getting ready to walk in and meet the twins, and I have been so emotional about this moment," the mom of five admits in the moments leading up to the older kids' arrival.

The sweet video shows the kids coming in, greeted by the family dogs at the door. Jaxie beelines to her sleeping baby sisters, excited and unsure of what to do first. Broncs jumps directly onto Mackenzie, engulfing her in a big hug as Gannon and Khesanio catch up with each other.

Later in the video, Khesanio can be seen helping the teen position his arms just the right way to hold one of his little sisters. Mackenzie laughs that Jaxie is "a natural" as she scoops up her other baby sister. Even Broncs carefully takes a turn holding one of the babies.

Mackenzie also shared a video of the moment on Instagram, where she wrote, "And….. my heart exploded."

Fans have watched as Mackenzie has navigated a complex pregnancy, from the couple's IVF journey to managing her health, including a recent preeclampsia diagnosis. Speaking with PEOPLE in May, the couple shared their excitement to become a family of seven.

"I think just having two partners excited about the babies makes a world of difference," Mackenzie shared at the time. "These are the only babies I've planned. The whole time, instead of stressing about what I'm going to do, we're talking about how excited we are for these babies to come."

"I'm really looking forward to seeing what a piece of me looks like in real life," Khesanio said. "I'm excited for that part of it and just continuing to be a dad."

Speaking with PEOPLE about the birth of the twins, the couple opened up about the magic of the moment after the long road to complete their family.

“I can’t even put into words how magical this moment is for us!" the reality star mom told PEOPLE.

"I am so thankful to have just given birth to two beautiful and strong girls, and I can’t wait to see them grow into the queens that God desires them to be.”

Khesanio added, “Mackenzie has done so well with our beautiful girls and I’m super proud of her! Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah came out so smoothly and all three of them are doing well, thank God! This is easily the happiest day of my life!”
