Less than three weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Teddi, the Southern Charm cast member revealed she was easing back into a regular workout routine. Madison detailed her plan in a series of Instagram Stories after a fan asked when she would start her postpartum diet and exercise journey.

Madison revealed she “kinda started” on Tuesday, July 15, as she went on a 1.4-mile walk.

“I’m only 3 weeks postpartum, so right now it’s just movement,” she wrote.

Madison said she planned to take the brief walks about three times a week, slowly increasing the distance with each outing. She initially aimed for a 3-mile walk by week 4.

“Weeks 6-8? That’s when the real grind starts,” she continued. “Once I’m healed and cleared (still pumping, still eating for two), we’re working out and dialing in the diet like the crackhead gym rat I am (kidding. sorta). If you want to join the bounce-back crew, come on! We’ll ease in, but when it’s go-time, we’re going VS Fashion Show 2026 hard.”

Madison enjoyed another scenic walk later that day and shared a quick update on her fitness plans. She said she was aiming to hit 2.2 miles by the end of the week: “Definitely not more and fingers crossed, not less!” she wrote.

The South Carolina native said she was using the Whoop fitness tracker throughout her renewed fitness kick. She highlighted the device’s various functions, including its pedometer and sleep analysis feature.

“And the best part? It tells you how hard to push the next day based on your recovery, so you’re not overdoing it,” she wrote about the wearable tech device.

Madison LeCroy calls on others to join her "bounce-back" journey

Madison then invited fans to hop on the fitness train, as she was trying to build a virtual “clique” for others who wanted to transform their bodies. Madison sent out the call in a July 16 Instagram Story in which she casually shared her at-home haircut.

“Also, I just chopped my hair with wrapping paper scissors, because obviously I’m about to get it done and needed to see if I like this length or not,” she said on Instagram. “All right, not bad for kitchen scissors, you know what I mean?

“Anyways, more important: I know a lot of y’all are ready to join the bounce-back,” she continued, before clarifying the workout group wasn’t just for new moms. “You could’ve had a baby 40 years ago and still be involved in this. Or never had a baby. It doesn’t matter.”

Madison said she wanted the “bounce-back” group to have regular communication, but didn’t know what platform to use. She asked her followers for suggestions and emphasized she didn’t have much time before she started a more intense workout routine.

“We only have a few weeks left… before we gotta crack down,” she said. “So, help me.”

Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle take their newborn daughter home

Madison and her husband, Brett Randle, welcomed Teddi on June 29, weeks before Madison’s expected due date. The former salon owner, who also has a 12-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous marriage, said her daughter was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) because it was the hospital’s “protocol” for premature babies.

Madison reassured her followers that Teddi had been “doing great” despite her early arrival. The baby girl was released from the hospital on July 13.

“We’re finally home...all together,” the Southern Charm mom wrote on Instagram. “After 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home and I truly don’t have the words (but I’ll try). Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller...this is it. This is the life I’ve prayed for, dreamed of, and finally get to live.”
