Madison LeCroy is on the move! The Southern Charm cast member, who is pregnant with her second child, has put her current home in Charleston on the market and is now spilling all the details about why. Madison spoke exclusively with The Daily Dish, noting that she is looking forward to moving on to bigger things as she grows her family.
Days after listing her gorgeous Daniel Island house on the market for $1.75 million, Madison opened up about her plans for next house, which she says will still be in the Charleston area. She also shared why it will be the perfect home for her family with her husband, Brett Randle. "Let's just say....it's exactly what we need," she said in an email to The Daily Dish. "More space, more charm, and plenty of room for our family to grow."
The mom to a 12-year-old son, Hudson, is already seasoned in home renovations and she told The Daily Dish that she is looking forward to shaping her new house into a space of her own creation. Best of all, she's promising to take her fans with her on the journey.
"It's got everything we've wanted and then some, so get ready because y'all know I'll be making it perfect!" she noted. "And of course, I'll be sharing every step of the way, so stay tuned!"
Where is Madison LeCroy's new house located?
Even though, Brett works in California and splits his time between coasts, Madison is staying on the east coast. Although she did not reveal where the new house is, it won't be far from where she currently lives in Charleston. "Don't worry, I'm not going far!" she added.
"Charleston is home, and it's where we want to raise our children," she said. "I wouldn't trade it for anything."

Madison confirmed she's selling her home earlier this month, when she reposted the listing on Instagram. Madison's 2,858-square foot house is located in the Charleston neighborhood of Daniel Island and boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a state-of-the-art home gym. The future home owners can have fun entertaining guests in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, multiple outdoor porches, and elegant living spaces.
The house also features a "luxurious owner's suite" with a private porch, spa-like soaking tub and glass shower, and two built-in closets, perfect for storing some fabulous clothes in. It also has a fully finished room over the garage, with a full kitchen, bedroom, and living area.
Why is Madison LeCroy moving?
Madison's life will be changing later this summer when she gives birth to her baby girl in late July or early August. So, she's deciding to get all of her big life changes out of the way now. "Honestly, we've loved this house, but it's time for something that fits where we're headed next," she told The Daily Dish. "Life's changing, our family's growing, and I've got bring dreams, so why not level up?"
