Madison LeCroy SLAMS Southern Charm for Filming Brett’s Health Battle—Says It Was “Disgusting”!

Madison LeCroy was glowing at the Southern Charm Season 10 reunion for several reasons; The first (and most obvious) being that she is pregnant, and secondly, because her husband Brett Randle is now doing "better than ever" after his health scare.

As seen throughout Season 10, things had been far less joyful for their family, though. Following the death of Madison’s father, Ted, from cancer, doctors discovered a tumor, something he did not initially share with her.

In fact, Madison revealed to host Andy Cohen that she didn’t find out about Brett’s biopsy until "he told [her] on camera." Naturally, Andy wondered if she was "pissed" that her husband had withheld that information from her.

"I mean, it's difficult," Madison shared. "I was grieving my dad I had just lost from cancer. I think at that time he was like, 'I see her, she's upset,' so he waited."

Once Madison learned her husband's health news, the two navigated the scare together, before she could finally reveal in Episode 14 that "Brett's tests came back and no cancer." So, now the couple is focused on their growing family — and Madison had plenty of exciting baby updates to share during Southern Charm’s Reunion Part 1.

As of the reunion's filming, which took place in New York City on February 6, Madison, who is already mom to “protective” 12-year-old son Hudson, revealed that she was four months pregnant and expecting a baby girl.

As for whether or not Madison and Brett had any baby names picked out, she hinted that the moniker would likely honor her late father, whom she affectionately referred to as Teddy.

"Obviously, since my dad recently passed, I think we're gonna go around there," the Southern Charmer said. "But I plan on having a boy right after this, so I might save it."

How Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle support each other

Prior to the reunion, Madison also detailed on the Southern Charm After Show how she and Brett, who was previously diagnosed with thyroid cancer in late 2023, had been each other's rocks.

"I don't think a lot of people understood that my dad was diagnosed with cancer at the same time my husband was diagnosed. But then my dad unfortunately passed. So for me, I was just like, there is a possibility that I'm not gonna have both of these people in my life forever," she explained. "That was terrifying, but then at the same time, I'm like, ‘OK, don't freak out because I've gotta be strong for him.’ And he's trying to do the same thing for me."

Meanwhile, as Madison also shared on the Season 10 reunion, seeing "how upset [she] was" about her dad's cancer was a major reason why Brett largely kept his health issues private. Ultimately, his handling of the situation did help alleviate some of her worries, too.

"He just gives off that energy where I always feel safe with him," she added. "I feel like I had no doubt, but there's always that, like three percent doubt that you're like, I just experienced this in the worst way possible.”
