The Real Housewives of New Jersey recently came back for season 14. So far, it has exceeded most fans’ expectations, and it seems there’s much more in store as the season goes on. Now, Margaret Josephs is speaking out about what fans can expect and sharing how she really feels about Teresa Giudice, who she’s been feuding with since season 10.

As fans will recall, Margaret joined the show during its eighth season. However, she and Teresa later fell out due to Margaret telling Danielle Staub to pull her hair.

Now, she’s sitting down with Access Hollywood and talking about the season and her relationship with Teresa.

When asked about the trips for the season, Margaret revealed that they didn’t do any this year.

According to her, “Sad to say, no trips, reallyAt the end of the season, believe it or not, two days before we were going, the house burned down. So, I think that was like a big metaphor. Like you girls should not be here.”

About the new season, she says, “I think you see some new friendships, some friendship shifts, and I think people who really hated each other’s guts just have it all out on the table, and we’re not going to pretend anymore. We’re keeping it real.”

Next, Margaret talks about the experience of her ex-husband passing away after filming wrapped for the previous season.

She says, “He died right after we filmed the last season. Literally, a week after I got done filming the last one.  You know, and it [the scene of her discussing his death in the premiere episode] was coming up on the year anniversary.”

Margaret shares that she went away for a month and didn’t really speak to anyone until the holidays came up. The interviewer then asks how it impacted her husband, and she says, “I felt bad for Joe because I was not myself. You know, normally I’m like bubbly. I think I was very edgy, I think I was emotional, I think Poor Joe had to see me grieving over my ex-husband dying.”

As far as who supported her from the cast, she says, “All the girls when Jan died reached out, even Teresa.”

She also shares that Melissa Gorga came to the funeral.

However, she says that Jackie Goldschneider disappointed her during the process. She says, “She was very disappointing. If it’s not happening on Instagram for her, it’s not happening in real life.”

Regarding Teresa, Margaret says, “She really means nothing in my life. I wouldn’t even know a person like Teresa Giudice, the person that she is now. When I first met her, she had just come out of jail. She was humble, sweet, and kind. The person she is today I would never want to know.”

Margaret also threw shade at claims of Luis Ruelas being “wealthy” as she also suggested that it’s time for Teresa to leave the RHONJ.

“I think if someone’s husband is just so wealthy and preaches it all the time, I don’t know why his wife is showing up in subway shops slinging bologna. So maybe it’s time for her to go, you know, I don’t know,” says Margaret in a clip shared by AllAboutTRH on Instagram.

She continues, “I don’t think it could continue the way it is at all. I don’t. But I think there are deep bonds with many of us that can continue. And I think there’s just a few people who just dig their heels in and do horrible things which is sad, which is unfortunate. But I think certain people cross certain boundaries that you know I can’t come back from. Melissa can’t come back from, Rachel can’t come back from.”

She also talks about being shocked that Jennifer Fessler wants a friendship with Teresa.

“I was a little shocked by that, I’m not gonna lie because Teresa is not her type of person. You do see in the first episode how she says, ‘I have nothing to do with these people’ but acts really nice to them.”

She says that there’s quite a bit to look forward to this season. In particular, there are a ton of “shocking” and “jaw-dropping” moments that are still to come. Margaret also says the season is “very different. “
