Bachelor Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell seemed to be on the road to marriage. However, that abruptly changed when Matt shared on Instagram Thursday that they were over. Fans were confused and still are. Nobody saw it coming.

Now, it’s being shared that Rachael had no idea he was posting this for the world to see and was completely blindsided. In fact, she reportedly liked a post indicating as much. The Sun shared that a source close to the situation shared that family members are still trying to figure out what his going on as well.

The source revealed that Rachael is getting support from those around her and though she’s been quiet chances are she will open up soon. Right now she is humiliated by Matt posting their breakup on social media without her consent. She would have reportedly never agreed to it if she had known what he was planning.

According to the report, Rachael is the one who ended things or “pulled the plug” as they put it. Matt is apparently aware of what he did and what caused their split. However, the source felt it is her story to tell and nobody else’s.

Were They Together In London?

Rumors are flying that Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell were in London together when the split was announced. Just hours before Matt posted, he shared a video of them enjoying pizza together. In recent weeks both have talked about getting engaged soon.

However, the source revealed that they were actually back from their trip and he was just posting stuff that really happened earlier. The source noted that the content is Matt’s livelihood and it doesn’t do as well without her in the videos. So, he’s using what he can while he still can.
