Melissa Gorga didn’t hold back when addressing Teresa Giudice and Jennifer Aydin’s actions in the new season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
“I just think there’s so much grossness out there with social media and what it looks like my sister-in-law and Jen [have] done is pretty embarrassing for them and pretty gross,” Gorga told Page Six exclusively at the Food Bank for New York City’s second annual Gotham Ball on Wednesday night.
She added that she is “just embarrassed for them at this point.”
Gorga, 45, didn’t specify what she was specifically “embarrassed” about with Giudice, 51, and Aydin, 47, but the duo shared rumors they saw on social media during the Season 14 premiere that aired Sunday.
In the premiere episode, Giudice and Aydin brought up rumors about co-star Rachel Fuda’s husband, John Fuda, being a “drug dealer” and liking “kinky s–t.”
“OMG, so much s–t came out in the internet. His ex was saying he was like the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County, and he likes purple double-sided dildo,” Giudice told her husband, Louie Ruelas.
Later in the episode, Giudice got into a heated argument with both Rachel and John when she told John that she heard he was the “biggest drug dealer in Bergen County” and that he went to prison.
However, John previously cleared up the rumors and told Page Six that he was arrested when he was 21 years old for operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a narcotic.
“I was never convicted and charges were dismissed,” he told us in July. “Some of the online trolls tried to twist this information, stating this was the reason why I changed my name.”
It’s also possible that Gorga was referring to recent allegations that surfaced after one Twitter user claimed Giudice and Aydin asked them to share negative stories about some of the “RHONJ” cast members –– including Gorga and Fuda –– in exchange for gossip and information about the show. The account, named @MelissasOldNose, posted alleged screenshots of messages with Aydin and Giudice, but Giudice denied ever being involved.
“I don’t do that. Everyone who knows me, I am so real. Like, what you see is what you get and I don’t go digging up people’s pasts,” Giudice told Entertainment Tonight in an interview on Friday. Aydin has yet to respond.
The tension between the families and friends will continue to play out in Season 14 of “RHONJ,” which airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
After commenting on the season premiere, Gorga chose to focus on the Food Bank for New York City’s second annual Gotham Ball.
“I just think it’s awesome. They offer so many opportunities for people to eat and to help supply food for them, so I’m always gonna support that,” Gorga said of the Food Bank for NYC.
The Envy boutique owner celebrated the organization along with her husband, Joe Gorga, and other celebrities including Tracy Morgan, Kenan Thompson, Erin Lichy, Vinny Guadagnino, Lauren Bush Lauren, Curt Menefee and Katie Lee Biegel.
“The Food Bank is so important to me, because we need to pitch in,” Morgan told us. “Everybody has to do there part. I’m glad to be here feeding folks, feeding folks, feeding folks. If I have a great Thanksgiving, why shouldn’t they? So it’s important to me.”
