Its Difficult But We Make Time to Spend Together: Ex-Wife Juanita, Who Got $168 Million Richer After Divorce With Michael Jordan, Unveiled How She Kept The Family Together

After staying out of the public eye for years, Juanita Vanoy has finally learned to enjoy fame. Following an expensive $168 million split from NBA legend Michael Jordan, Vanoy focused on raising their children. Now that all three kids are grown up, Vanoy is enjoying her life to the fullest. After founding the “Juanita Wear” line, Jordan’s ex-wife, now 65, celebrated her birthday with her children.

However, Vanoy’s ex-husband wasn’t present in any of the pictures, which has raised questions about the reason for his absence. Marcus Jordan, her son, held hands with his biological mom on her special day. To share a glimpse of the family get-together, he uploaded a picture of himself with his mom, brother, and sister. Alongside the pictures, he penned, “Happy Birthday Mom, You are our rock. We love you.

Vanoy has always been a caring and loving mom. Despite her split with the NBA legend, she kept nurturing her children, something even Jordan agrees with. “[She’s] very nice, very demanding. Very caring, good mother. Learning to cook…,” Jordan told Connie Chung in 1993.

Notably, this isn’t the first time Jordan hasn’t joined Vanoy on her birthday. In fact, post-divorce in 2006, the terms of their relationship have been kept private. However, this year, Jordan had new activities to try his hands upon, something seemingly more important than celebrating his ex-wife’s birthday.

Michael Jordan, in his childhood, had aquaphobia that he developed after one of his friends drowned in the ocean. But his phobia is getting weaker day by day, thanks to his current wife Yvette Prieto, who encouraged him to dive into water bodies. Now, Jordan likes water bodies and to keep his competitive spirit alive, he participated in a $7.5 million prize money competition.

Michael Jordan is in North Carolina this week with his new 82-foot Bayliss fishing boat. Jordan will compete against 300 other boats for a $7.5 million purse at the Big Rock Blue Marlin fishing tournament. “Pretty cool,” shared Joe Pompliano on his X account. This isn’t the first time Jordan has entered a water competition.

Four years ago, Jordan and his crew participated in the Big Rock Tournament in the oceans of North Carolina. But, this year’s competition is quite different. Now the question is: will Jordan be able to win the prize of $7.5 million?
