THEIR JOURNEY
Earlier this year on her podcast, Barely Famous, Kailyn discussed her Valley and Verse's terrifying birth story.
She explained that she gave birth to the twins at 35 weeks, despite thinking she would have gone into labor weeks before.

However, Kailyn revealed she canceled her scheduled C-section because she didn't like the dates that her doctor offered.
She also wasn't excited about a C-section and said she would be "terrified" the entire time.
"I have a whole list of... I cried a lot. Mainly out of absolute fear of having a C-section.
"I was terrified because I didn't love the idea, but I knew I had to do it because the baby was breached."

SCARY SITUATION
Her daughter, Valley, also had to spend some time in the neonatal intensive care unit for weeks after her birth.
Verse had to spend time in the NICU as well, but not as long as Valley.
On her podcast, she spoke about Valley's time in the NICU, "I had never seen a baby in my life not wake up to eat or show signs of hunger."
"She would just sleep through feedings. She never had any feeding cues, and when I tried to feed her, she wouldn't take a bottle.

Earlier this year, Valley was out of the NICU and was able to go home.
