While appearing on Friday's episode of the Zach Sang Show podcast, the 43-year-old socialite - who has rarely aged a day in the past two decades, said her youthful appearance was due to a 10 step skincare routine and staying out of the sun.
'I feel really proud that I'm all natural,' she told Sang, 32, before adding that she has 'never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, [or] nothing.'
Fans quickly took to social media to question the reality star's comments and claim she showed signs of injectables.
One fan wrote: 'Her eyebrows don't move. She might be having a stroke', while a second typed: 'Wow. How did her mom teach her not to move any of the upper facial muscles!!!???? I need this secret 10 steps!'
Another wrote: 'Those eyebrows didn’t move the whole time she spoke' and 'I am convinced @parishilton is actually doing a bit here and this is pure comedy, and sarcasm at its finest.'

'My mom told me when I was 8 years old, "Paris, stay out of the sun." Then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine,' the DJ explained. 'So I've literally been doing that since [I was] 8.'
Additionally, she's built a spa in her house, which she calls 'the Sliving Spa.'
'It has the most epic LED lights, HydraFacial machines, hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy. It's basically a real spa that you would see,' the reality star raved.

Paris and Carter recently celebrated their daughters first birthday with a true pink princess party.
'One year ago today, an icon was born ✨,' she wrote on Instagram on November 11.
