The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter‘s ex-husband, Matthew Kirschenheiter, has tied the knot with girlfriend Britt after several years of dating.
Although the couple has yet to make an official announcement regarding their big day, Matt reposted a photo of Britt in a white dress on his Instagram Story after their beach wedding, and they have since embarked on a “mini” honeymoon on Coronado Island outside of San Diego.
“You were a freaking VISION on your big day (as always) Love you! And [Matthew Kirschenheiter] for making you so happy and his gorgeous bride,” read a message written to Britt by a friend at the end of last week.
Days later, Matt and Britt shared a joint post on Instagram in which they took their followers inside their visit to Coronado Island.
“Love a quick little getaway,” they captioned a slideshow, including photos together and clips of themselves on rocking chairs and enjoying a boat ride.
Also in the caption, Matt and Britt described their getaway as a “mini moon” and “staycation.”
Back in 2020, despite her troubled past with her former spouse, Gina confirmed she was a fan of Britt.
“His girlfriend now, Britt, is great. She’s great for him [and] she’s really great to my children,” Gina admitted.
Years later, on a 2022 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Gina again spoke highly of Britt and revealed she has a relationship with her.
“[Things are] great. Really great,” Gina shared. “We co-parent really well. We live down the block from each other. We’re at the sports fields all weekend and it continues to be totally normal. He lives with his girlfriend and she’s great… so it’s very good. I have a relationship with his girlfriend and we’re great.”
Also in 2022, Gina encouraged her fans and followers to “love the people that love [their] children” as she applauded Britt as a “bonus mom” to her and Matt’s three kids.
“We are happy to have u in our lives ‘Birdy’!” she wrote at the time. “Thank you for writing hearts on their snack bags, making “THE BEST” bow tie pasta, making them belly laugh and loving on them as if they were yours.”
No word if Gina and her longtime boyfriend, Travis Mullen, attended Matt and Britt’s wedding.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
