The Raiders have officially fired offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, offensive line coach James Cregg, and quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello. The move shouldn't come as a surprise to Raiders fans as they've seen the product on the field, and it hasn't been good.
Traditionally when a team makes a move like firing a head coach or coordinator midseason they have a plan of who will take over the duties next. However, that is not the case with the Raiders. According to Adam Schefter via social media, the Raiders don't have their next offensive coordinator picked out or a starting quarterback for Week 11.

The only good news for the Raiders is that they're heading into their bye week, meaning Antonio Pierce has some extra time to make a decision. Regardless, Pierce needs to make a decision sooner than later if he wants this change to be a positive one. The longer he waits the harder it will be for the new play caller and Gardner Minshew or Desmond Ridder to get on the same page.
The Raiders will be taking on the Miami Dolphins in Week 11 with their new play caller and quarterback to be named later. It will be an interesting game with both teams skidding right now and unable to find their way back into the win column. The main difference is that the Dolphins know who their quarterback and play caller are.
Having two weeks to prepare for the Dolphins is the only real advantage the Raiders have right now. Unless they make some decisions by at least Wednesday it's going to be a rough trip to Miami.
