The Housewives franchise has seen its fair share of slaps, scratches, and wine throws, but a broken penis?

That's just the tip of the drama iceberg unveiled by Bravo in Thursday's new trailer for The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19. "I broke his penis for real," Gretchen Rossi tells a partygoer midway into the scandalous teaser. Her husband, the controversial RHOC mainstay and self-proclaimed "serial entrepreneur" Slade Smiley, nods and smiles, affirming, "It happened.

"Like, it went like this," Rossi adds, bending her pointer finger into a sharp right angle.

Rossi and Smiley are legends of the Housewives franchise. The former, 47, joined the cast of RHOC for season 4 in 2008, back when there were only three cities for Bravo heads to keep up with. Though she's been a part of some of the entire franchise's most epic confrontations and conflagrations, Smiley, who proposed to Rossi in 2013, has played an arguably even more pivotal role in shaping the course of the Housewives' oldest installment.

Smiley appeared on the very first season of RHOC as the fiancé of O.G. housewife Jo De La Rosa. Jo only lasted two seasons in the main cast and two more in the guest cast, but Slade stayed on, meeting Gretchen in 2009 after he and Jo separated (and after Laurie Peterson, another original RHOC housewife, revealed on the season 1 finale that she and Slade had also previously dated).

Gretchen's return is a welcome one for RHOC fans craving another familiar face after the true O.G. of the O.C., Vicki Gunvalson, ended her nearly 20-year run on the series after stints as a guest on season 17 and 18. But not everyone on the cast is glad to see her.

"12 years you've been going after me!" Tamra Judge screams at Rossi in the trailer. The pair have appeared on and off the series together since season 4, and there's plenty of bad blood between them.

Plus, it looks like Rossi has a new ally in Jennifer Pedranti, a newer addition to the cast who was caught up in a bitter fight with Judge last season over a slew of allegations from Judge, including that Pedranti's fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, hit on her.

"I said 'Tamra S.O.S.,' and I got a call right away," Pedranti jokes, as though she tagged Rossi in to help her fight Judge.

There's plenty of over fighting to go around, too, with Shannon Beador alleging, "There's a snake in this group," Heather Dubrow yelling, "She's not telling the truth!" and Emily Simpson telling Tamra, "Gretchen said you had an affair."

As per usual with the O.C. wives, the forecast for sunny Orange County signals an incoming thunderstorm.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 premieres on July 10 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams next day on Peacock.
