“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks says she is not interested in getting married again.
During an E! News interview, published on January 15, Parks, 51, noted that she is dating an individual who is in his 30s. According to Parks, she is “just having fun” with the unnamed individual, who she met while filming “Married to Medicine.”
“It’s nothing so serious and I don’t know if I’ll ever be serious,” said Parks to the publication.
She said that while it has “been fun dating,” she does not have any “desire to remarry,” following her divorce from Apollo Nida in 2017.
“I wanna keep all my money,” said Parks during the E! News interview.
In addition, Parks shared why she has liked dating a younger individual.
“When you are in your 30s, you can do most things and not be sore in the morning. Sometimes maturity might be a disadvantage, but I think that there’s more advantages than disadvantages with a young guy,” said Parks while speaking to the publication.
Phaedra Parks Mentioned Her Dating Life in November 2024
People magazine reported that Parks mentioned dating a person in his “very early 30s” in November 2024 at the Bravo Fan Fest.
“I’m dating. He’s young,” said Parks.
During the Bravo Fan Fest panel, Parks also shared why she is not interested in getting married again.
“[Marriage] isn’t something I’m interested in. I’m very wealthy, I can take care of myself. I like being able to call the shots. Women know when you have a husband, sometimes you have to ben… nice,” said Parks, as reported by People magazine.

In a November 2024 interview with Access Hollywood, Parks noted that she decided to return to RHOA for its upcoming 16th season after leaving the series in 2017. She said that she was aware Bravo fans “wanted [her] to come back” to the show. She also shared that RHOA star Porsha Williams encouraged her to return to RHOA.
“When it made sense to come back, there was a very good, warm welcome. And I think that’s what the fans wanted,” said Parks during the Access Hollywood interview.
She also clarified that she will not be a full-time RHOA cast member. According to Parks, she is “only on six episodes” in RHOA season 16.
“I’m there for a good time, not a long time. So it’s going to be very good,” said Parks while speaking to the publication.
Parks mentioned that Williams had been asking her to rejoin the RHOA cast in a March 2024 interview with ExtraTV. Parks also said that she hoped that RHOA will improve in its newer seasons.
“Hopefully, they can bring back ‘Atlanta’ back to the days that it was,” said Park to ExtraTV.
