Details are emerging about Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s latest home visit from the police. It shouldn’t be too surprising to learn that it all boiled down to their soon-to-be foreclosed-upon house.
They’ve spent the last year begging for more time with their mortgage company. The couple has been given a deadline of December 3 before it goes to auction. They’ve already chopped the price down nearly $2 million beneath its appraisal value, but they’ve struggled to find someone who wants a gently used mansion of a former Real Housewives of Atlanta star.
Some reasonable advice from the cops for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann
According to a new police report, the drama came to a head when Kim tried to move belongings out of the house. The cops intervened, and they shared some sound advice for the estranged couple: Stay away from each other.
Initial reports about their latest incident suggested that a neighbor heard them arguing and dialed 911. Fortunately, TMZ got their hands on the police report, which revealed more about what happened.
Apparently, Kroy only wanted Kim to remove the “female items” from the house, whatever that means. Kim asked the cops to stand by while she finished pulling things from the house.
Although the cops witnessed them getting into another screaming match as Kim continued moving “female items” out of the home, the report confirmed that no crime had taken place.
Of course, the cops have been down this road before with Kim and Kroy, so they told the couple to “stay away” from each other while they navigate their final days in the house. That’s probably easier said than done.
Either way, you know the cops will be relieved to have these nuisances gone from the neighborhood.
