Kyle Richards is said to be “particularly heartbroken” over recently shared photos of her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, and his latest flame, Klaudia K.
As the 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted in her own new pic, an insider revealed she was “hurt” by the photos of Mauricio, 54, and Klaudia, 33, kissing as they walked with their arms around one another following a sushi date at Matsuhisa on Tuesday in Aspen, Colorado. Plus, Mauricio’s former flame, Nikita Kahn, 33, confirmed their recent split.
“[Kyle was] hurt when she saw Mau kissing another woman for more reasons than one,” an insider told Page Six on December 19. “Seeing Mau kiss that woman in Aspen — where he and Kyle have so many memories together as a couple — is especially hurtful. Kyle and Mau have a family home in Aspen. They’ve traveled there countless times with their children, so it’s a place that has a lot of meaning for her.”
“It’s not the first time Mau has been photographed kissing somebody else, but this is the first holiday season they’re spending apart since he got his own place,” the source added.
As RHOBH fans may know, Mauricio, who shares daughters Alexia Umansky, 28, Sophia Umansky, 24, and Portia Umansky, 16, with Kyle, moved out of their Encino, California, home in May and into a nearby luxury condo in West Hollywood.
“It’s been challenging to see that and it’s just a lot to process,” the insider continued. “Kyle and Mau are navigating this whole situation better than most, but that doesn’t mean it’s been a cake walk.”
“It’s just a difficult time for Kyle and she’s still processing all of these emotions,” they added.
As Kyle works through Mauricio’s latest public outing, she’s been going about her business as usual and was recently spotted looking “stoic.”
Also on the heels of the latest pics of Mauricio was a statement from Nikita, who revealed she dumped the real estate mogul “just last week” during an interview on Thursday.
“I wanted a committed, serious relationship, but he’s not ready for that right now. I left because I know what I want and deserve,” she explained to Page Six.
As for Mauricio’s outing with Klaudia, Nikita admitted, “It’s not easy to see.”
“I’ve accepted that we’re on different paths now. I wish him the best, and I’m focused on moving forward and staying true to what I want in life,” she added.
Despite the outing between Klaudia and Mauricio, who was previously linked to Alexandria Wolfe, 32, and his Dancing With the Stars partner, Emma Slater, 35, an insider told Us Weekly that things between them were “not serious.”
“He is dating around and is having fun,” the source revealed. “He likes his freedom.”
