Phaedra Parks may still be relatively new to Married To Medicine, but she could soon be reclaiming her RHOA peach.
Reports are now claiming that the famed attorney and reality star is in negotiations to return to the franchise since there now seems to be an open spot thanks to Kenya Moore’s rumored departure.
Fans will recall that Phaedra joined Married To Med after several years away from Bravo. During her absence, she appeared on a number of reality shows, including the Peacock original Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
According to Love B Scott, if all goes as planned, fans could see Phaedra on The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16. According to the report, they were hoping to have her contract complete by the time the show filmed for Cynthia Bailey‘s event last weekend, but they couldn’t meet that deadline. Apparently, Phaedra’s contract with Married To Medicine is what’s slowing things down. Notably, that show is in production for its 11th season.
The desire to bring Phaedra back to RHOA is said to have existed before she and Porsha Williams recently appeared together on Watch What Happens Live to celebrate its 15th anniversary. However, Bravo has seen the positive reactions to their televised reunion and wants even more than before for the two to appear together in the upcoming season.
In other casting news, Love B Scott is also saying that Cynthia has been filming more than she originally signed on for. This has led many to wonder if she could be upgraded from a friend of role on the show to a full-time peach holder.
Page Six has also confirmed that Phaedra is in deep talks to return. Additionally, she recently spoke to the outlet about Kenya departing the show. At that time, Phaedra said she had “no reaction whatsoever” to the news. When asked what advice she’d give Kenya, she said, “You probably wouldn’t wanna hear my advice.”
Do you want to see Phaedra back on RHOA? While some fans are excited about the idea, others feel she has yet to bring the same spark to her more recent reality TV show appearances, so people are mixed.
