A new Bravo crossover couple could be heating up the Hamptons. “Summer House” star Carl Radke is sparking dating rumors with “Southern Charm” beauty Venita Aspen after a cozy photo of the two made its way around social media. While neither Carl nor Venita has confirmed the speculation, Bravo fans and a few cast members are already fueling the buzz.

Radke, 40, has kept a relatively low profile on the dating front since ending his engagement to “Summer House” co-star Lindsay Hubbard in August 2023. In contrast, Hubbard publicly celebrated her split with a breakup dinner and is now a mom in a new relationship with Turner Kufe.
But last month, Radke was spotted looking cozy with “Southern Charm” star Aspen at what appeared to be an event, in a pic shared by TikTok user @talk_show_lady. The fan account Queens of Bravo then noticed that Aspen’s castmates Austen Kroll and Rodrigo Reyes had “liked” a post speculating about the rumored romance, sending Bravo fans into a frenzy.
So far, both Radke and Aspen are staying quiet on the relationship rumors. But their mutual connections — and the support from fellow cast members — have only intensified fan speculation.
Both Have History With Bravo Romances
If the rumors are true, it wouldn’t be the first time either Radke or Aspen has explored a romance with a Bravo co-star.
Radke briefly pursued castmate Ciara Miller during “Summer House” season 9. In an April interview with Us Weekly, Radke admitted he had a crush on Miller. “Of course, she’s beautiful, you know that,” he said. “I couldn’t help myself but express [that] in a fun way.” He later called the moment a little “cringey,” but said he doesn’t regret telling Miller about his feelings.
Earlier in season 9, Radke also had a short-lived romance with a woman named Lil but ultimately left the summer single.
Aspen, meanwhile, had her own Bravo love story. On “Southern Charm,” she and co-star JT Thomas explored a post-filming romance after season 10. However, things quickly fizzled. Aspen later revealed that she felt “did dirty” by Thomas and unfollowed him on social media. Thomas has since gone Instagram official with a new girlfriend, while Aspen has remained single publicly — until now.
Big Changes Ahead for ‘Summer House’ Season 10
While Radke is fueling dating rumors, he also just confirmed he will return for “Summer House” season 10, despite an earlier fake Facebook post claiming he had quit the show.
“I look forward to spending the summer in the Hamptons with my friends,” Radke told Us Weekly in a statement on June 6. “I will very much be a part of season 10!”
Season 10 is already shaping up to be very different. Paige DeSorbo announced on June 5 that she is exiting the series after seven seasons. Season 9 newcomer Lexi Wood also confirmed her departure, writing on Instagram that while it “wasn’t the summer [she] signed up for,” it taught her a lot.
Hubbard, now a new mom, revealed she’ll return for season 10 in some capacity. “I’ll be out there. I don’t know if I’ll be living at the house every weekend,” she said during the season 9 reunion on June 4.
Between the fresh cast dynamics and Radke’s rumored new romance with Aspen, season 10 is sure to bring a whole new level of intrigue — both on and off camera.
