Angela Oakley was questioned about her marriage to husband Charles Oakley during Sunday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where the former NBA player served as the night’s bartender.

RHOA's Angela Oakley on Marriage Speculation, Charles' Wedding Ring, and Phaedra's Diss, Plus If Porsha Would Sleep With Charles, Kelli vs Brit, and Reunion Drama

After the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta featured Charles, 61, being accused of cheating, he and Angela, 44, addressed the speculation surrounding their relationship as Angela also reacted to Phaedra Parks‘ diss, Porsha Williams‘ comment about sleeping with Charles, and more.

“[Charles] is always gonna be right by my side. I called him. He didn’t answer. I can call him right now as we speak, he won’t answer,” Angela explained on the June 22 episode of WWHL.

According to Angela, who is still in therapy with Charles and spending $2,750 monthly on sessions, Charles not wearing his wedding ring used to be a “big argument.” Now, however, as she shared, the two of them have “other things to argue about.”

“I do wear it,” Charles noted. “[But] as you get older, your hands get smaller. I work out and stuff. If you were at the finale, my ring was on, but I lost two rings, so I don’t wanna lose the third one.”

As Andy Cohen, 57, dealt Charles with a series of questions, he confirmed he did not know the man who accused him of cheating, nor did he hear what was said in the toast. As for the women not feeling that he was as invested in his marriage as Angela, Charles was unbothered.

“It’s not what they feel. It’s what Angela feel,” he stated.

Then, after saying he was not upset about Angela being away on a girls’ trip on their wedding anniversary and suggesting that their marriage had been portrayed in a negative way on RHOA so fans would watch, Charles reacted to Simon Guobadia, 62, being deported.

“Maybe [Porsha] can go find another husband,” he reasoned, adding that he wouldn’t set her up with any of his friends since he doesn’t “really know her.”

Although their marriage has been under fire at times, Charles said he was “proud” of how Angela handled her castmates.

“I told her she was like the fresh meat for the alligators. You know, you throw the chicken to the alligators, all of ’em come to it,” he explained. “She did a good job. She holds her own. That’s the most important thing.”

Once Andy got back to Angela, he asked her how she felt about Phaedra saying she was the oldest-looking young person she’d ever seen.

“I was wondering, did she bypass a mirror, a friend, did she have anyone to tell her how old she looked, especially coming in? Phaedra came in looking kind of old, so I was like, ‘Just run by a mirror. You’ll be fine, Phaedra. Run by a mirror,’” she advised.

As for whether Porsha, 43, would really sleep with Charles, Angela said, “Porsha wants to live. Porsha, no.”

She then claimed Brittany “Brit” Eady, 37, acted worse amid her war of words with Kelli Ferrell, 40, on Sunday’s RHOA.

“Brit. Brit, of course. Brit knows no boundaries,” she stated.

Also speaking of the latest episode, Angela reacted to Phaedra not letting Drew Sidora, 40, into her event.

“She was wrong. We know Drew gonna be late. Let Drew in, she was just a little late,” Angela reasoned. “I was advocating for her to open the door. I don’t know why she didn’t open the door for Drew. I think Drew should’ve been let in.”

Looking back on the reunion, Angela said Porsha had the most to answer to, and she named Kelli and Shamea Morton, 43, as the cast members who annoyed Andy the most.

Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Angela was asked if she regretted sharing what Shamea said about Porsha to Porsha and was questioned about whether she felt it was what caused their rift.

“No, I don’t regret sharing with Porsha what Shamea said. And if I can share a two-minute conversation with Porsha and ruin a 20-year relationship, then the relationship was a little shaky anyway,” she replied, adding, “Don’t put that on me.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
