Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has ended, and now fans of the series only have the reunion to look forward to. Notably, Dorit Kemsley has the first chair this time around, which is a stark difference from the end of last season, when many believed she would be fired.
Now, a new preview for the reunion shows Dorit responding to reports that her home is in pre-foreclosure, addressing how often she speaks to Paul PK Kemsley, and more.
As fans know, Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024. Season 14 of RHOBH saw the reality star exploring her options for how to proceed, with or without her estranged husband.
Part one of the RHOBH season 14 reunion airs on April 2nd. Ahead of the premiere, Bravo has released several previews, one of which shows Dorit discussing her finances and defending herself against Sutton Stracke. Last November, it was reported that Dorit and PK’s home was in pre-foreclosure after they missed 4 payments on the $7.5 million home.
The clip begins with Andy Cohen discussing how Sutton has habitually mentioned Dorit’s finances and asking what she believes a forensic accountant would find in their financial history. Sutton says, “I don’t know. Those forensic accountants will get you.” Andy then asks if she’s worried for Dorit, to which she responds, “Yeah.”
Dorit then chimes in and says to Sutton, “You have to actually care about someone, have compassion, like someone to be worried about them.”
Sutton goes on to say that she cares about all women and then asks whose name is on the mortgage. Of course, this upsets Dorit, and she exclaims, “Do you really think I’m going to sit here and answer any questions that you’re asking me? I’m talking about you supporting women. I’m talking about you having compassion for women.”
She then says, “It’s not about whose name is on the mortgage.” Seeing that the conversation was going in circles, Andy jumped back in and asked if the home is in pre-foreclosure, as the recent reports have said. According to Dorit, “No, there are reports that it was in preforeclosure. I had no idea about it.”
Dorit went on, “He[PK] told me they changed the rate. He was trying to get a hold of somebody. No one’s returning his calls. That’s the way he does business. Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay. He resolved it. Listen, they ended up calling. That’s what he said.”
Regarding the status of their marriage and how often she speaks to PK, Dorit explains, “As of a week ago, I’ve chosen not to have much of a relationship with him.” Andy then asked how often he sees the kids, to which she replies, “He sees them on Saturday. Saturday night, if he’s in town.”
Erika Jayne asked Dorit if she was “scared.” She said she wasn’t, but she is hurt and sad. She finished with, “I think I’m realizing more and more each day that what I really believe was going to be my future may not be.”
