Brandi Glanville has made no secret of believing that many of her recent health issues are related to having some sort of parasite. Now, former Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson claims she is experiencing the same issues, which she attributes to the unaired season of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.
Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco was filmed in January 2023. In addition to Vicki and Brandi, the ill-fated show featured Eva Marcille, Phaedra Parks, Camille Grammer, Caroline Manzo, Alex McCord, and Gretchen Rossi.
Vicki, affectionately known as “the OG of the OC,” was recently featured on an episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. While on the show, she spoke candidly about her struggles with her health. Jeff started by saying, “Did you say you have a parasite and you blame Bravo?”
She responded, “Well, Bravo, I love you. Please do not get me in trouble. Well, you know, Brandi is in so much pain. I mean, she’s got a very large parasite.”
One of the co-hosts chimed in and asked Vicki if she really thinks Brandi’s parasite came from the Morocco trip. She said, “100 percent. We all got sick when we went to Morocco, and it’s been two years. No, four years. For clarity, it has been two years, not four, since they filmed the season.”
Vicki continued, “And Brandi’s face… it’s, she’s got a parasite. It moves, it goes into her mouth, like it’s bad.”
Jeff then asked how she’s getting rid of it. She responded that she’s doing colonics and then said, “Even Michael said to me the other day, ‘You are not the same since you’ve been back from Morocco.’ My stomach’s bloated. I don’t feel good. I feel tired. I feel lethargic.” The former RHOC star also said that she hasn’t had a parasite check yet, but it’s in the works.
She went on, “I don’t go poop. It’s very hard for me. It might be once a week, if that.” She then described her bathroom activities by saying, “It’s a pellet that comes out, that’s it. Just a lil something something.” From there, she discussed how, instead of taking various medications like Metamucil, she simply does colonic irrigation.
Vicki went on to state that someone from the office where she does colonics said, “You have parasites. We can tell what’s coming out. You are loaded with parasites in your gut.” The hosts then asked why they aren’t killing the parasites with Ivermectin. She responded, “I take Ivermectin twice, two tablets once a month, every month. It’s not killing it. I think this parasite likes to be in me.”
From there, they discussed the Morocco trip and how they’d have a buffet set up for the cast every morning. It included fruit, pastries, and eggs. However, Vicki said it was always covered with flies, adding, “Covered, and I’m like, ‘I’m not eating it.’ Even my production company goes, ‘Yeah, it’s pretty bad.’ I go, ‘They’re gonna leave their sh** on there, and then we’re gonna eat the sh** and we’re all gonna get sick.’”
Vicki went on to admit that she did eat from the breakfast buffet, saying, “I mean, you couldn’t get around it. Every restaurant we went to is… flies. Flies everywhere.” Jeff asked if other ladies from the cast got sick, and Vicki said, “Yeah, everybody got sick, and that show never aired. If it would have aired, we would have seen all the flies all over everything.”
