Two weeks after welcoming her son Lorenzo Antonio, the 33-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who shares daughters Gianella, 4, and Giuliana, 2, and adopted son Jaiden, 18, with her husband, John Fuda, opened up about the ups and downs of motherhood as she confirmed whether she’d further expand her family, revealed if she has help, and explained how she chose her son’s name.

“What do you find to be the hardest and best parts of this period in your life?” a fan asked Rachel on March 6.

In response, Rachel said that the hardest were “being patient with the girls,” “balancing my time with all the kids and my husband,” “maintaining my sense of self,” and “knowing I will never get these days back (this makes me really sad).”

As for the best part, she listed them as “watching my children grow and flourish,” “chaotic dinner times,” “seeing my kids love each other,” “creating memories together as a family,” “the love we all share,” “enjoying the life John and I have worked so hard to build together,” and feeling “so fulfilled by being a moma and wife.”

Another person wondered, “Do you think this is your last pregnancy?”

“Yes,” Rachel confirmed, along with a photo of her baby bump. “This was my last and 110% my most difficult.”

A third person wanted to know if Rachel had a nanny or housekeeper.

“I got this question 100000 times … Yes I have a full time housekeeper and I love her,” Rachel confirmed. “I will kiss her toes. She’s an angel and I am SO grateful for her. She’s been with us for almost [three] years now.”

“We do not have a nanny,” she added.

“How did you guys pick his name?” wrote someone else.

“A good ol Google search,” Rachel replied. “BUT turns out Lorenzo is actually a legacy name from my family (we didn’t realize this at first) and his middle name, Antonio was after Nonna (Anna was her name).”
