RHONJ’s Margaret Josephs ‘Not Surprised’ Teresa Said She’s Using Jackie to Take Her Down, and Reacts to Claims of Jackie Being a ‘Laughingstock,’ Plus Talks Luis Calling Son

This season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is in full swing with many of the ladies up to their usual antics. Recently, Teresa Giudice revealed that she’s only friends with Jackie Goldschneider as a way to take her down. Now, Margaret Josephs is responding to the revelation and saying that this is a part of Teresa’s character. 

What made Teresa’s comments about her relationship with Jackie the most surprising to fans is that she made them on the show. Often, if the ladies are going to say such cutthroat things about one another, they would do so in the press. However, Jackie has come out and said that the comments were made early in their friendship, so she has no hard feelings against Tre. 

Recently, Margaret spoke to InTouch Weekly and revealed how she felt about what Teresa said. According to Margaret, “I saw that coming. I can’t believe Jackie, being as smart as she is, didn’t see that coming but they’re really the same person and that’s what you get if that’s the kind of friendship you want.”

Margaret continued, “You reap what you sow.”

Fans will recall that Margaret and Jackie were friends. However, they had a falling out after Jackie wouldn’t give Margaret an advanced copy of her book. Margaret also feels that she deserves a credit in the book for being one of the reasons she was able to publish it. 

Margaret also discussed Rachel Fuda calling Jackie a laughingstock on Watch What Happens Live for thinking Teresa was actually a friend to her. She said, “I think everybody saw it coming. I think it’s unfortunate, but everybody saw it. To pretend it was genuine on either side, it’s true.”

Additionally, she discussed the stress of having to see mentions of Luis Ruelas calling and threatening her son play out this season. Teresa and Luis denied this, and she even swore on her daughters that it did not happen. However, other cast members also believe Luis did call Margaret’s son while he was at work. 

She said, “It’s obviously a little bit stressful, but I still stand by everything I’ve done and I’ve said.”
