During Season 10, Episode 8 of Southern Charm, the friends met to catch up. Soon after they sat down, Salley made a comment about how she’d gotten some filler earlier in the day — leading Molly to mention that she’d had chin filler earlier that week.

“Being a woman is so hard," Salley said. "I’m sitting here getting my lip today. And my chin. And I’m like, ‘This hurts so f--king bad."

“I literally got chin filler two days ago,” Molly responded, leading the ladies to point out where the injections went in their faces.

“I got my gums cut last year,” Molly added, showing off her new-ish smile.

Both had also recently gotten botox — Salley earlier that day. Molly had recently gotten some in her jaw because as she put it, it's “gnarly.”

“Your face looks great,” Salley told her.

“Thank you," Molly responded. "Your face looks great."

In a confessional, Molly shared her philosophy on going under the knife.

“I’m not trying to change how I look," she said. "I’m just trying to keep it somewhat stable. I don’t wanna, you know, I wanna look a little younger than I actually am as long as I can."

Salley, meanwhile, said she started to get "little pokes here and there" because she was insecure.

"But then I realized that it makes me feel good, too," she added in her own interview. "So I’m going to continue to do that."

Back at the brewery with Molly, Salley also shared that she had plans to get her breast implants taken out. She’d had them over two years, and originally got them because of her ex-fiancé. (Ultimately, she'd thought that they were what he wanted.) “I just did it for the wrong reasons,” she told Molly.

“It’s not like my ex-fiancé told me, ‘Your boobs aren’t good enough’ or anything like that. He never did. But the girls that he was giving attention to had bigger breasts and didn’t look like I looked, and it somewhat made me insecure," she explained in a confessional. "But now if a guy told me to get something done or made me feel that way I would just exit the relationship.”

To the same point, Molly told Salley that her own breasts were the work of a fat transfer procedure.

“My ankles were a little thicker than your average person. I was always a bit bothered by it, so finally I got ankle and calf liposuction," she explained in her own confessional. "And then I shoved the fat into my boobs. Because I had no boobies.”

“I want to see your boobs, but I’m not gonna ask you to do that,” Salley joked with her friend, to which Molly responded, “People are not giving me bad feedback."
