Shedeur Sanders and Joe Flacco's Interaction at Browns Practice Catches Attention

Shedeur Sanders gains momentum as Joe Flacco's interception shakes up Browns QB room

There's no doubt that one of the most intriguing picks of the 2025 NFL Draft was the Cleveland Browns selecting quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the fifth round with the No. 144 pick.

Now, he's quickly gotten to work and finds himself in the middle of a fierce battle to be the team's Week 1 starter and make the 53-man roster with fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel and veterans Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett.

Throughout his collegiate career, Sanders became well known for his big personality, which he seems to have brought to Cleveland, because on Thursday, the Browns posted a video of him asking Flacco if he's ever done a specific dance move.

Flacco, who is getting ready to enter his 18th year in the NFL and is 40 years old, responded to his rookie teammate, "Definitely not. I don't know if I've ever hit a public dance move in my life.

The interaction has caught the attention of many Browns fans, who are happy to see the two having a positive relationship, despite the fact that they're competing for the same thing.

"Lmbo they such a great dynamic lol," said one comment.

"it’s like the fun uncle and his favorite nephew," said another.

"THIS IS A RELATIONSHIP I HONESTLY LIKE. I think this works," a third added.

A fourth stated, "I love everything about this."

"Shedeur and Flacco having fun out there!" a fifth continued.

"Oh they’re going to make me fall in love with them together aren’t they," said another.

Of course, things are looking good for Sanders so far, and on Wednesday, he even earned some praise from Browns offensive coordinator Tommy Rees, who said, "He's worked his tail off. He's really put in a lot of work."
