“She’s Acting Like She Won a Trophy” — Bachelor Fans SLAM Juliana for Gloating While Litia’s Still Picking Up the Pieces

Juliana Pasquarosa may have won The Bachelor season 29, and Grant Ellis's heart, but her post-show behavior has left a bad taste in my mouth, especially in the wake of Litia Garr's heartbreak. Juliana has been acting smug and bragging about winning the ABC dating show, which is coming off as disingenuous. Juliana should enjoy her relationship rather than rub it in other people's faces.

Juliana had a pretty typical journey on The Bachelor. While other cast members on The Bachelor season 29. She wasn't perceived as a villain like Carolina Sofia Quixano or Zoe McGrady, but she wasn't a shoo-in to win the whole show. In fact, Grant heavily implied throughout the season that he had a stronger connection with Litia. In the end, Grant chooses Juliana, and the two remain engaged. However, Juliana's behavior since the show finished airing has been questionable.

Juliana Isn't So Gracious After Winning Grant's Heart

She's Acting Like It Was All A Game

Since winning The Bachelor season 29, Juliana has dedicated much of her TikTok account to videos about Grant and her engagement. Some of the videos seem like they're coming from a woman in love who wants to share that love with the world. However, other videos Juliana has posted seem to be an attempt to show off.

One TikTok Juliana posted shows her friends and family, including Grant, wearing red hats that read "Final Rose Material." While Juliana did receive the final rose, automatically making her final rose material, the video comes off as tone-deaf. To top it off, Juliana has referred to her engagement as "winning" the show. The goal of The Bachelor shouldn't be the final rose; it should be the fact that two people genuinely fell in love and want to spend their lives together.

Juliana Has Been Feuding Since The Finale

She And Litia Aren't On Great Terms

Litia was unhappy with how The Bachelor season 29 played out, and her feelings were understandable. Grant led Litia on and played mind games with her the whole season. Time after time, date after date, Grant told Litia he would choose her in the end, even when Litia said she didn't want him to lie to her or say something he would have to take back. Litia was devastated when Grant chose Juliana over her, and Juliana hasn't been kind to Litia since the season ended.

On an episode of The Viall Files podcast, Juliana said Litia hurt her feelings. Nick asked if Juliana thought Litia was a "mean girl," and Juliana said, "Definitely." Juliana was also surprised at Litia's comments during the After The Final Rose episode; about her deserving someone who isn't confused about who he wants to be with.

Juliana is taking Litia's comments too personally and lashing out when she shouldn't be. Litia is right to be upset with Grant after he blindsided her, and it's a positive thing for Litia to understand she deserves someone who treats her better than how Grant treated her. Grant and Litia's relationship and breakup should have nothing to do with Grant and Juliana's relationship. Juliana should be glad Litia is over Grant, so the engaged couple can enjoy their new lives together. Instead, she's throwing shade at a woman who was brutally dumped on national television.

Will Grant Marry Juliana?

The Odds Are Not In Their Favor

I would be surprised if Grant and Juliana eventually got married. The Bachelor has an extremely low success rate, and Grant hasn't shown any signs that he'll be an exception. While many couples walk away from the final rose ceremony engaged, they usually break up before getting married. Sometimes, couples will break up before the show finishes airing, as was the case with Peter Weber and Hannah Ann Sluss from season 24. Other Bachelor leads have been even messier. Arie Luyendek broke up with his fiancé and instead married his runner-up.

Grant's season of The Bachelor was also incredibly messy. Grant was unsure of who he wanted to propose to until right before the final rose ceremony. In fact, Grant chose an engagement ring without knowing who the ring would be going to. Grant was one of the leads who was least sure of himself going into The Bachelor finale.

Frankly, I don't believe someone could be so in love with two people that he wasn't sure who he wanted to be with, yet be certain he wanted to marry whoever he eventually chose.

On the other hand, Grant and Juliana are on the same page regarding certain important aspects of their relationship. They are willing to take the relationship slow rather than rush into marriage and kids, which may be why Grant chose Juliana over Litia. Only time will tell if The Bachelor season 29 lead and the winner will end up together.

The Bachelor is available to stream on Hulu.
