Southern Charm Newbie Ryan Albert Accuses JT Thomas of Working With ‘A Stalker’

Southern Charm viewers know that matters between JT Thomas and the rest of the cast ended up so frayed that he quit the show abruptly. Watching this season, it’s becoming easier to understand why. Newbie star Ryan Albert revealed his thoughts on the matter and offered more context into why cast relations are so negative.

The revelation happened after the most recent episode aired. The real estate professional created a very uncomfortable situation at his own after-party. He confronted Taylor Ann Green on her relationship with Gaston Rojas, claiming that Gaston is a serial cheater. JT also told her that he was unfaithful to Taylor, and Salley Carson. Taylor then left the event space, but not before calling JT “diabolical.” And the rest of the cast confronted their host on his motives.

Ryan, who is married to Dr. Eddie Irons, is a new addition to the Southern Charm cast but he is well-versed in the drama. He posted a statement to Instagram Stories questioning JT’s actions as well as revealing the depth to which he took his quest for the “truth.”

“Our reactions in tonight’s episode stemmed from the host of the after-party attempting to present, on his television, blackmail against some of the cast—material he had obtained from a stalker who some cast members have a restraining order against,” he wrote.

Ryan continued, “Nobody was trying to push him out of the group. Everyone in my car that night expressed that they were going there to hear him out and make amends.”

The Bravolebrity suggested that JT was looking to embarrass Taylor, rather than look out for her well-being.

“There is a difference between being a truth-teller and being malicious toward others with the intent of humiliating them to have a moment for yourself,” Ryan explained.

“You can take cheap shots at me all day, but I will always stand up for my friends,” he added.

A further claim from an undisclosed source told Bravo and Cocktails that JT involved himself with a “stalker” while filming. The insider claimed that two cast members filed restraining orders against this person.
