STASSI SCHROEDER LETS DAUGHTER HARTFORD TRY COCA-COLA TO COMBAT JET LAG, IGNORES CRITICS

Stassi Schroeder Defiantly Lets Her 4-Year-Old Daughter Hartford Drink Coke

Stassi Schroeder isn’t afraid to break a few parenting rules in the name of keeping her kids happy—and jet lag-free. The Vanderpump Rules alum, currently on vacation in the U.K., shared on Instagram that she had given her 4-year-old daughter, Hartford, her first-ever taste of Coca-Cola to help adjust to the time zone change.

“Letting the kids have their first soda experience because I need to keep them up to prevent the jet lag and get them on schedule,” Stassi wrote in her Instagram Stories on August 9. “Come for me. I DON’T CARE.”

Despite some inevitable online critics, Stassi stood firm in her decision, adding a following clip where Hartford happily sipped her first glass of soda. “Drink that up, girl,” Stassi wrote, adding with a smile, “No jet lag.”

Stassi made sure to set expectations with Hartford, ensuring her daughter knew this soda was a one-off treat. “This will be the only time you’re going to have it, though,” Stassi said. “So if you really love it, it’s only reserved for moments when we’re trying to prevent jet lag.”

Hartford, clearly delighted with the experience, took a sip and immediately declared, “Yum,” before asking, “Can I have this tomorrow?” Stassi, without missing a beat, responded firmly, “No.”

Since then, Stassi and her family have shared several adorable moments from their trip, including visits to London’s Nicholson’s Pubs and The Story Museum in Oxford. Stassi is known for making lasting memories with her children, even if it sometimes leads to a few bumps along the way.

In December, while Hartford was energetically belting out "Defying Gravity" by the Christmas tree, she accidentally hit her mom in the face, leaving Stassi with a busted lip. A quick, concerned apology from Hartford followed, asking, "Are you okay?"

Stassi, showing her typical grace, reassured her daughter, “It’s okay. It was an accident,” even as blood dripped from her lip. Beau Clark, Stassi’s husband, who had been filming the scene, could only gasp, “Oh my god!”

Parenting might come with its challenges, but Stassi’s fun and no-nonsense approach to motherhood keeps fans watching every step of her journey with her two little ones.
